The wire stands I purchased with my Yard signs broke. Imprint.com would not replace them because it was after 60 days from my invoice. The signs had been in the grounds a LITTLE OVER 2 MONTHS. All I wanted is a replacement, not a refund. With the experience, I will not buy from this COMPANY AGAIN and I caution those who are considering.

First yard sign job went fine. Second was printed incorrectly. Customer service was slow to respond and would not send out replacements until they found out where in the process the error was. This should not effect when replacement is made and put together. They suggested I make a new order with them instead!? Won't be using again

I ordered on march 15th and it said it would be here on april 2nd. The told me over the phone on april 1st it would be delivered on the 2nd. It was not shipped. They told me on the 2nd i can pay more for shipping and they can tell me when it will ship. Its been 3 weeks and they say it takes 2-3 weeks to receive and my shirts haven't even been printed yet. They want you to pay more money basically it seems thats the only way to get any info is if you pay more.

Needed signs for the weekend, paid extra for them to come on Friday, called Friday asked where they were... they apologized for delay... and guaranteed delivery tomorrow(Sat), no show sat or Sunday... they arrived Monday... no longer need them,...i have have no idea about quality... i wouldn't of purchased if they were honest about shipping

Ordered cups for my wife's 40 bday and they were crushed when delivered. Zero help and parry is Sat.

You cannot depend on quality t-shirts from this company. The print does not come out the right color, nor is the t-shirts shown the correct color. Their customer service is slow and they do not care if the order is needed quickly even if paying for rushed services. They take a full 24 hours to respond to each ticket which results in days if not weeks of going back and forth. Attached is a picture of the proof they sent versus the shirts we actually received. Not only is the shirt color completely off but the print came out blue instead of a light green. They refuse to give any type of refund on the order. I do not recommend ever using this company!

Only 78 personalized face masks delivered on an order of 80 for a reunion. The package was even labeled "78 pieces." Customer service refused to send the remaining masks; offered credit instead. This does no good for my situation, which has 80 attendees.

Imprint was easy to work with and my product was delivered earlier than expected. The quality was fantastic. I will purchase again from Imprint.com

The site has had some glitches and I don't see a save feature when working on banners. The shipping cost does not go down when you choose to have it American made even if your 1 state away. Other than that its easy to use, has good looking graphics, the price is amazing, and quality is great.

Ordered a banner and the wrong banner came. They blamed the artwork and took 0 responsibility. I explained I ordered a custom banner but they said they didn't have record of it and I only ordered a blank banner. I even sent them a screen shot of the banner created in the cart with a time stamp prior to placing the order. I ordered a custom banner with writing around the artwork and they only printed tue artwork. I would not recommend using them. Will say they are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Website easy to navigate and American made option was really great! I was a bit confused at checkout with the imprint colors. In the comments section It allowed me to write how many imprint colors to choose but I didn't know what that was or how to choose until research was done. Could this be more user friendly? Thank you! Looking forward to the finished product!

EASY TO ORDER AND PEOPLE WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.

HOWEVER, I DID NOT GET ALL OF THE YARD SIGNS. I HAD 5 MISSING I THE BOX THAT WAS SENT TO ME.
I CALLED ON THE SAME DAY I GOT MY ORDER, AND THE PERSON I TALKED TO DID NOT TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT I HAD RECEIVED. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT TAKE A PICTURE AND DID NOT GET THE SIGNS. THEY OFFERED A 15% DISCOUNT.

Please don't waste your money. Terrible, rude customer service who know nothing about their company or the printing process. Lied to me about time lines for 3 days straight. Ultimately ended up paying a cancellation fee of 2/3 of the final cost because "some" were produced. Printing does not work that way. Liars.

Your FREE SHIPPING notation on your home page is VERY MISLEADING. I spent too much time designing my product to go elsewhere. But if I hadn't I wouldn't have placed my order with you.

I ordered 60 signs and stakes for an event and paid to expedite them. THe signs showed up in a battered and heavily retaped box with no stakes, so I had to scramble and order through Amazon which shipped the stakes in 24 hours. They disputed my pictures of the signs and damaged box, and refused to refund for stakes I had paid for.

There are many options to order online and I will never use them again. Beware!

I did not like the fact that you advertise in big letters free shipping, free no rush, no hidden fees, with a little asterick at the bottom. Why not just tell the truth up front instead of giving false impressions

Nice Prices . I just wished IMPRINT Company would add a sort button when browsing for the Clip Art section. It was time consuming to find a specific clip art. Over all easy to create!

Absolutely amazing service. With a toll free number and Samantha to walk me through the website, everything felt so easy. I was beyond stressed, as I began getting these pins late for my class elections, and ever part of the process was stressing me out. Then i started talking to Samantha, and eventually called the toll free number, and from there the stress went away. They assured me at every step and make me confident in the pins that ill be receiving. The best part though? The prices are unbelievable! With such an amazing selection and such great customer service, the prices are amazingly low. Makes the whole experience just that much better! To put it simply, this service is PERFECT <3

I ordered an item on May 28th, it said it would be here June 14th. It is the 14th and it has not shipped. They want to charge $25 to get it by the 19th. Which is crazy to charge more to get it on the promised time. Don't use them I you are ordering for an event. Their shipping times are not true at all. I work for a business and would have given them lots more business. But I know now they are awful.

its been a month and I still have not received my order, I would really like to cancel my order at this point, I have already ordered from a different site and have received my package. I will be in contact with UPS to see how this can be done, it would be helpful if the company could help as well. Customer service just kept telling me to wait and it became overwhelming, I would've been more patient if the site was honest about it being backtracked or how long it would take.

process is easy. helpful to go through process once for yourself and the to come back and put in real order..system allows this with real time pricing

Ordered 200 koozies 45 days ago and still do not have them. Also, don't ask for the extra cost or option to be made in American bc they are not made in America, all comes from China. Called and asked to speak to manager over 5 times, operator created many "tickets" for someone to get back to me and no response. Yet to receive paid for goods and will be reporting to BBB and will be adding this to all social media for this company. Worthless company, don't waste your money and better to use someone local regardless of cost.
