Signs looked good (colors were not exactly as we imagined though we did not request a proof prior to printing), are good quality and were delivered quickly.
The only thing that I would change is I need a receipt for my records. It would be nice to have a packing slip in the package. Other than that it was great!
The print is as perfect as could be. It would have been nice to get some progress feedback; I didn't even know it had shipped until I had gotten it in the mail.
Easy to order. Product did not match the proof. The message inside the wristband was blue on blue and unreadable. Ticket has been submitted but no response has been received.
Super easy to navigate. I hope the product looks as it did on the order! (update: the order arrived as promised and they are exactly what I was hoping for!)
The shipping and production was a little expensive for being local (and i prefer to shop local) but I look forward to seeing the end product before making other decisions.
My only issue was that it was unclear what was eligible for free shipping, and it took a while for the customer service rep to help me with that question.
The dispensers are working great for us. We did find the same thing at a lower price after we received these. That is the only issue that we have.

DO NOT ORDER FROM IMPRINT if you need the items for a specific date. If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed my order a month early. Based on the information I received while placing my order, (3 days in production and 4 days to ship), I would have my order in plenty of time for the 6 year old birthday. This is why I ordered from them. Other places were closed / significantly delayed due to the pandemic and accurately represented this on their website. Also because of the situation, I gave myself extra time. I followed up after two weeks and was told my order was 'in production', but they could not give me any specifics. I continued to follow up, asked for a refund, etc. They could not give me any answers. I received an email the day I needed the signs that said my order was in production. My order arrived 5 days after I needed it and is useless. I even went through the motions to place another order to make sure I did not miss any notes saying that production / delivery was delayed due to the pandemic. There was nothing. In fact my next order would have shipped faster than the first one was supposed to. 6 days total for production / delivlery. DO NOT ORDER from here. They are extremely unaccomodating and are totally misrepresenting production / delivery timetables. They will not give me a refund. Complete waste of money and terribly disappointed in the service.
Easy to use design system. However, product received was little disappointing. Imprinted silicone bracelets font was very small compared to what was expected.
It was wonderful- i wish i knew how small the letters would have been and i would have made them different but i will reorder later when i am ready! Thank you

I received several phone calls from more than one representative and was not happy with the way it was handled. In the end my product was delivered on time and just the way i wanted it.

It's good, but there was no choice of colors for the inks. I would have preferred a little more control over that. I also wanted more control over the placement of the graphic.
