As usual, a wonderful, satisfying experience after using IMemories.

I have been told the transfers are only as good as the videos being transferred. The whole purpose is to preserve the memories, but if there is no way to improve the quality of the videos, why do it? If there is anyone out there that has questionable footage, don't expect it to be improved. Just expect to see the same poor quality for $12 per item.

My photos were safely returned and the photos were quickly available on iMemories web site.
The is a very convenient and efficient service.

I now have 6 precious movies containers that were converted to a DVD that allows us to view special movies of our now 37 & 34 year old daughters as little babies. Safe and secure.

The customer support was fast and easy. My questions were acknowledged right away and the person I spoke with was very nice.

I received all my iMemories and am happy to have them to share with family.
I was alittle disappointed that the movies were not very clear.

My parents recently passed away, and as I was going through some of their things, I found a box of 8mm tapes. Some of the tapes were over 50 years old, so I didn't hold out much hope that they could be digitized or even recovered at all. IMemories made it happen, and I am so pleased with the results. Thank you!

I am greatly relieved to finally convert my family movies to digital. The fact that the VHS tapes were degrading was constantly nagging at me. IMemories made it super easy at a very reasonable cost.

After receiving files there is not clear directions on how to proceed with knowing what to do with them.

It was well worth the expense. Very professional service. CAlled Customer Service for a question and they were courteous, responsive and reminded me to call back if I had anything else.to inquire upon. You will not regret it. Many options to choose from after the items have been digitized..

This easy to do, you just put all your photos and VHS in a box send it off and they download everything into cloud! You can access anytime, share with family members. My rep, Heather was very helpful with any questions I had. All my originals came back safe? But don't need them taking up space now that they are available to look at any time. Thanks for making g my memories available to me anytime!

With a certain hesitation I placed cherished photos for my ancestors back 4 generations in the book for iMemories. I worried until I heard from them that they were received. When I finally heard that they were available to be viewed I was elated but not nearly as much as I was when I saw everything I sent on my computer screen as promised. While not inexpensive it was way worth it.

Excellent service, kind, helpful staff. Very professional. Did an amazing job digitized get 1600 family photos.

I have updated my review in response to the high quality of Customer Service. Apparently I did not actually order a DVD as I had thought. I also received an explanation regarding their policy about original material. Both of my concerns have been addressed quickly and satisfactorily. I will forgo the DVD and will happily wait for the originals. I highly recommend iMemories for both their product and their customer service.

Have had some old VHS tapes of family movies and intended to transfer to digital media for some time. Came across iMemories and decided to try. Very pleased with the results so far. Need to edit and condensed into a few DVDs but am sure that is possible. Have recommended the site to other family members.
