We are finally able to view our home movies that we made 25+ years ago! So happy with the results. Our videos were on a format we couldn't access anymore and were basically lost to us until we had iMemories convert them to digital files. Now we can share them with our family and friends and are having the best time reliving our precious memories.
It seems I did not understand how much time it will take to go thru our converted memories to decide if worth keeping and how to keep. Since I'll have to start paying for storage soon if I dont get it done, I feel the pressure of time running out. In hind-site, I wish I started with just a few tapes so I could learn how to do this on a smaller scale.

Love this company. Both my grandparents and mother all passed away within a year of each other. I was left with boxes of old film. I was able to get them all digitized and saved. It was such a joy to here all their voices and see them in their youth. Such a wonderful gift from imemories. I cannot thank you enough for this service.

It's so exciting being able to sit down whenever and wherever and watch old videos of my kids and grandkids. My video tapes were getting to a point they weren't working. I'm so thankful to have them all preserved on the cloud. I tell all my friends they need to send you their old videos too!

I thought my old 8mm films (40+ years old) were deteriorating and they had precious moments with my children when they were 1 and 3 years old and all the events they were involved in up to and including their early teens along with their friends and many cousins but your company was able to fit them on 4 DVD's and I am so pleased. I was able to sell my OLD movie camera, projector and screen and pop them in my DVD player and watch them on my TV or computer. What they promise on their website is just what you get and the mailing labels and boxes were so easy to utilize and they were able to do it in a timely manner (less than a month). The Customer Service people were very helpful because I am not a technical person like all my children and grandchildren are. Now everything is able to be recorded on their phones. They capture everything for me to look at and my precious moments are laughable for them BUT PRECIOUS to me.

We received the box, and were able to go on line to see the segments, but have not gone through all the segments and figured out how to down load to CD in some better order. It appears to be done and the quality is as good as the VHS was for its time.

I have received my digitalized movies. The pricing was a bit confusing to me, it actually cost more than I anticipated, but has been worth it.

I've used imemories services for several years. Most recently I sent in 3 VHS videos to be turned to digital. I was notified when the first 2 were available in my account for viewing. I never heard anything about the third video. I had to reach out to customer service to see what happened to that video. I was told that the video had copyrighted material on it (apparently someone had taped a movie on that tape at some point) so they could not digitize it. So no one told me about the video until I reached out and then I had to pay for it to be digitized even though I cannot access the digital product. Between that and the app not being user friendly to upload content directly from my phone anymore, I'm keeping my eyes open for other providers.
