I had help from iMemories 'Danille, who was very helpful in helping me to download. She was friendly, patient, talked slow and soft as I have had 3 strokes and she was very considerate.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience and that I received my memories digitally. The only thing I wished is that some of my old unlabeled tapes that I put into the box were either duplicates or were blank, but I was still charged. I would have preferred someone call me and ask or that it would have been obvious that I didn't need a "blank" or duplicated memory. I could have saved quite a bit.

Some videos had a ton of traffic so I called customer service and they redid it. The 2nd time, they came out beautifully. I am very happy to have done this and have memories of myself as a baby and his deceased grandparents to show him one day when he is older.

Relieved to have saved so many memories and to be able to share them with family and friends. Well worth it!

The slides I sent to be scanned came back with off colors, and poor focus.

I sent 6 old VHS tapes and had them converted to digital and then I downloaded onto my computer. Price is a little high and I was hoping they could fix some of the "bad" spots on the tape but they didn't. I still have my memories and will soon be burning them onto dvd's.

I've been holding on to these videos for almost 20 years! Now that my children are adults its so much fun to watch. I'll admit I was worried boxing up ALL my precious tapes and sending them.
