It was like the advertisement was saying! Don't wait. You get a big box, you send, they send everything back and you get everything online in no time!

The only problem was a slight lack of communication right after I mailed the videos to them. I did not hear back right away and got a little concerned, but I emailed customer service, and they responded the next morning.

I'm extremely satisfied with iMemories in terms of the responsibility, the care, the thoroughness, and the ability to make sure that our family memories are preserved for generations to come. I highly recommend this service!

Overall, my experience with iMemories was fabulous! They made the process very easy and efficient, and I'm very pleased with the customer service, the quick turnaround time and the quality of the digital products they provided. In addition, they returned all of my original videos and tapes in a timely manner! I only wished that someone had reached out to me (proactively) to explain that one of my videos could not be reviewed because of a copyright issue and I only found this out after calling myself and asking why the video had not been converted with all the others that I had sent to them. In general, however, the experience I had was truly great, and I highly recommend this company! I myself will be using them again for conversions of photos and other videos.

I was very nervous letting go my precious tapes, they were safely returned and everything was digitalized on my computer. I was able to share them with my siblings son and niece without an issue!

The service was great but they can't perform miracles. Our Super 8 reels were 40 years old. The quality of the videos was not good because of the age and poor quality of technology from the early 1980's. Don't wait to convert your memories! If you do it, this company is awesome to work with.

Great product idea. Most turned out really well, some had issues and when we called Lorraine said "had you called earlier" we could have helped. Well, that wasn't helpful. But, I must say all other calls to the business were handled with courtesy with great resolve. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

IMemories was easy to use. My items were digitized quickly and then returned to me quickly. They communicate regularly in emails explaining cloud membership, how to download and share and asking if I have questions. Highly recommend using them.

It was so easy. Once the packing materials arrived, it was quite simple! Within 2 weeks, I had my video tapes transferred to the online platform and had access to my precious memories! I don't know why I waited so long!

The IMemories process is easy, fast and efficient. My old family movies were thrown in a box in a closet, with no hope of being seen in their format. The digital online albums created brought back so many happy memories. Thank you!

I believed that I memories would take my tapes and be able to convert them in good quality. I can view my tapes right now and adjust the focus and they come in a lot clearer than the digital conversions that I received from my memories. Not worth what I paid. Sad

Seeing videos of my boys from 20 years ago and family members that have gone on is truly priceless. I have No complaints about anything. The process was easy and quick and would recommend to everyone.

My experience was great! I had studied multiple companies and saw that iMemories' track record and information were the best. I called several times before ordering and ALWAYS received helpful information. Shipping, tracking, and the process to digitize were all kept to the expected schedule. I am very pleased and currently am enjoying seeing family movies not seen for 50 years! Edit options are clear online and I expect to be able to combine sections eventually on a flash drive. Lorraine was the person I always spoke with. She's awesome! Highly recommend!

To finally be able to watch footage from the 1970s as easy as watching Netflix on the TV is so special! We gathered the whole family and watched our memories for literally hours. I am so glad we did this!

I had some old VHS tapes that survived a fire! IMemories was able to digitize our memories and have them easily available for us to review. My family had a ball looking at old memories that we thought were lost.

Hello - I appreciate the efforts and am thankful to have my items digitally. I did experience problems tranferring them to my own drives but I believe I am close to being set. I was told I would have an additional two weeks to finish but have not seen any comfirmation on that so am dealing with and hope to complete it soon. I will admit that paying additional monies for conversions to flash drives or longer storage time does not seem right given the amount that was paid overall. And to have additional storage from Google it also costs more money so either way the customer pays more. Such is life I guess. That being said, I think I'm getting it all take care of and hope to enjoy these for a good while. Thanks much

I was skeptical of the turn time, and was happy to get the email with the links to my new video files. I was a bit confused on the options available to me, but was able to figure out the best way to receive my files.

IMemories was very easy to work with. They make the shipping extremely easy and even gave me a break on the price that had been a previous offer when I asked about it.

Such a relief to digitize old slides and home movies before they were destroyed. I had slides dating back to late 50's! So nice to be able to preserve childhood memories and to share them with family.

We had film and slides over 40 years old and I was reluctant to have them updated because
