I was a little concerned when I shipped my box off but ever since getting my videos converted I am telling everyone about iMemories. I have been wanting to convert my childhood movies for years and finally seeing them and the quality brought me to tears. I love the customer service you all provide and the many options you have to converting. I'm so excited that I'm planning a family reunion once all the movies are converted and I will be reveling them to the family and yes I plan on provided lots of Kleenex! Words can not express how great I am to your company.
Imemories does a fantastic job converting my VHS home movies to DVDs. I only wish the shipping cost wasn't more than the converting rates, it makes it very difficult to afford and I can only convert one VHS at a time. Otherwise, thank you for this service!

Loved the whole process. Only thing I wish I had know beforehand was that they would check the tapes for blanks tapes beforehand so you dont pay full price for blank tapes. I wasnt told this was an option until after but was refunded and notified that option is available. Overall very happy with the company and their work!

This was such a rewarding experience to have our very old DVD tapes saved and made into digital format. It did take me some time to get familiar with the web site and downloading was frustrating at times but I am challenged when it comes to computers. I would definitely recommend iMemories. Sent them 12 Hi8 tapes twice. First time: Titles were jumbled on DVDs made. After much convincing, they remade the DVDs correctly. Second time: I downloaded the digital conversions. Many of the 2 hour videos were only converted for 3-4 minutes and cutoff. My original Hi8 camcorder died, so I'm buying a new one to verify length of tapes before contacting iMemories. OK, iMemories contacted me and went through a different way to download which would include all "chapters" on each tape. The download prompt while watching a "chapter" would only download that chapter. I think more instructions online would be helpful to avoid this confusion. Anyway, I now have my long awaited memories to enjoy. Thank you Amy in customer service!
The process was super easy, reasonably priced and just a few weeks ok later, I have all of the videos that I hadn't seen since we owned a VCR back. I love it!

Plan on sending more in; somewhat costly, but well worth it. Our kids enjoy them and our grandchildren can see into the past, not just hearing stories.

Videos were not enhanced and there should be an app available to cur out parts of video not wanted this should be part of the service paid for. As it is not worth the monies spent
It was very easy to get my vcr tapes copied, I would recommend everyone get theirs done.
