The customer service techs are wonderful. They patiently guided me, a non-techie elder, through the whole process several times. Everything their advertisement says is true.
The tapes have been following me for the past 20 years without real ability to view and no ability to share - this was the best money spent and will be great holiday gifts to all my family

The only issue is that the tape made 30 years ago are not of the quality of today's videos. But it is so nice to know that those memories aren't lost.

Finally decided to gather up all my old videos and get them converted. Glad I decided on iMemories. They were done quickly and my memories were safely returned.
Customer service was excellent. Difficulty with downloading but eventually it all worked. This review has been the most frustrating

I've had iMemories do a couple of digitizing jobs for me. They keep in great communication --from start to finish. They let you know they've received your items... how long it will take... what to expect... follow up... and return your original items back to you. Great company! So glad they do this. In my estimation What Are You Waiting For?! Get. It. Done.

Very expensive. I have no way of knowing if in fact everything was copied. Because of the quality of some of the tapes (from storage) I would have not spent the money to get those tapes converted.
Great having these videos digitized. Will be sending a couple more tapes in. Only problem I noticed was on a VHS conversion, where the original music started, then disappeared after the tracking seemed to get off. You had already sent the original back to me, so I may resend it to have you look at it. One other 16mm tape had a similar problem. Otherwise great and a joy to see them again after so many years.

The instructions for what is available after the 30day trial are confusing. Will I loose all my videos after the trial period even if I download them? Clearer information would be much appreciated.
Otherwise, I was really pleased with the way the films turned out since they were so old.

I bought their prepaid shipping box to send my VHS tapes out for digitizing. Three out of the four tapes I sent could not be converted (they said due to mold but I've since researched other companies that claim to be able to overcome this). Then they charged me again for shipping the things they couldn't convert back to me. The one VHS that was converted was easy to download from their site, so this could be a good option for you - just make sure you factor in all the shipping costs.

They did a great job with the first 180 slides, so we're sending them another 300 or so to finish the job.
It was easy, and very rewarding, everyone enjoyed seeing old memories. The kids loved it. The Imemories team was very helpful.
