Ordered a purse almost 5 weeks ago. Have e mailed the same information 3 times. Keep getting a computer generated reply from "Alice". Going to call my credit card company and dispute charges. Do not be fooled into ordering from this company. They are a complete fraud. All I Want at this point is my money back. Please read the reviews. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.
I read so many bad reviews from this company but something told me to give it a try. I used a credit card just in case I had to file a dispute. I ordered and received my bag in less than a week and it is a really D&B and I registered it to make sure. I found the site from Brad's Deals and thought the prices were too good to be true and originally had 3 items in my cart. I just ordered the one but will definitely go back for more. I am not sure why so many others had such negative experiences.
I ordered 2 bags at 2 different times and dimensions on the website were wrong. They charge $10 return fee. You can get similar pricing from Dooney and Bourke official site and they are much easier to work with.
Got a coupon code via email. I used it. The code gave me $100 off a purchase. Went through bank account no problem, then the company cancelled it. Contact company via chat, John said it was cancelled due to billing address discrepancy. Called customer service, woman name unknown, said my card was declined. Between the chat and call, I called my bank. There was no problem on their end. I just wanted someone to admit they cancelled the order because they did not want to honor the $100 off coupon code. Will never buy from them again. Absolute liars.
Don't get caught ordering from I Love Dooney. They sell counterfeit purses. There is no way to get in touch with them because the email they list does not exist (*******@hotmail.com). Their phone number has one recording that says, "Subscriber mailbox is full. Try later." Phone number is *******879. All their ads list that their purses are genuine Dooney & Bourke. Will call American Express on Monday to put this charge in dispute. What a royal ripoff.
I was skeptical after reading so many negative reviews…not after receiving my orders! These purses are 100% authentic! I saw one comment say these were defects. Not sure about that because all of my merchandise was in perfect condition, wrapped in plastic with handle protection, etc…protected better than the ones purchased at the stores. I registered all of my products through D&B with no problem. Customer service was top notch. I hadn't received an email confirmation regarding one of my orders so I called customer service and the gentleman that assisted me was friendly and provided me with my tracking info and made sure I had already received part of my order. I referred friends and family to check out the link when shopping on D&B and they too have placed multiple orders and have had no issues! This is where I'll be shopping from now on!
I did not have a bad experience like some others have had. I ordered a wallet and a large tote, the wallet shipped out almost immediately and the tote shipped out a couple days later. I did not receive a shipping notification for the tote and I chatted with their customer service and they provided a tracking number. I would recommend shopping with them if you are thinking about it.
I have ordered bags from this site and all Bags are in great shape with little to no imperfections, for the low price, I think it's a good deal overall. This site should post that bags are sold with minor imperfections. If you want perfect bags then pay the price!
I am surprised to see the people 's unfortunate experiences from the site here. I have not had a single problem since I first used the site...I have purchased 3 wallets from here and the are soft, gorgeous recieved on time. I would like to get a bit more from them in the future
This is company is such a fraud. They told me to return my unopened bag and then they changed their mind kept my bag and my money. It cost me the price of the bag and shipping both ways. Out a ton of money during Christmas. They are criminals, do not do business with them please.

Ordered on 4/4 and delivery was scheduled for 4/15. Got an email on 4/15 that the delivery was made the day before... 4/14. Checked for the package but it was not there. Contacted site via email twice and recieved "undeliverable" response for both. Contacted via "chat" and was assured that an investigation would be opened and resolved in 7-10 days with credit or a replacement. 10 days later no response. Was provided with incorrect customer service number, reps are from outside the US and there is a definate language barrier. I was told that they need another 10 days days to investigate! I called my credit card company and will have to dispute the charges. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered! This is not Dooney and Bourke!
I ordered a door buster bag with a promo code that I had wanted for a very long time. When the bag never came and I called the company they stated the order was returned for undeliverable address but when I gave my address they stated it was correct. The rep said they could refund my card when they receive the bag but would not remail it to me. I can go the the site and repurchase but will not match the price. I also chatted with a rep who also stated I may reorder but will not give me the price I initially paid. I love Dooney bags but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am so disappointed they will not match my original price!
Placed an order on 09/19/21. I received an order number but no confirmation email and the funds have already been taken out of my account. It's hard finding contact information to inquire about my purchase. It's been over a month and still no updates. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. TOTAL SCAM!
I am so sorry I tried to buy a bag from them. The return process is horrible. I have called 6 different times. It does not matter what price something is if they deliver the wrong item and them won't give you your money back.
I ordered, received email confirmation then they also let me know when item shipped and had tracking for it. Received in a week and was packaged beautifully, couldn't have asked for more! I would definitely buy from them again
Placed 2 orders, both were cancelled without letting me know and only got refunded for one. When I tried to call, no one could give me any answers. This is the worst company ever. Customer service is awful. Can't believe they are affiliated to Dooney. I won't be buying any Dooney bags ever. I am having to dispute the charge on my credit card.
I ordered a special gift purse for myself. On May 26,2020 and they said is shipped then they lost the package so they say. Which apparently doesn't exhibit. This is a horrible way to treat paying customers. I hope this review helps someone don't order from them.
Site user unfriendly. Cannot exchange, will not match price and customer service unable to help anyone with anything. My husband purchased me a bag in the wrong color, they will not do exchanges. I repurchased bag at 60.00 higher cost in different color. Did not realize they were charging a higher price, though a rep had to run through the site as it is not set up to be used by public, huh? Run don't walk away.

Answer: Not all the prices are that much lower. I love Dooney is the sister company. They come with registration papers and the label on the inside is the same as the label in the bag i ordered directly from the Dooney and Bourke company. I order from I Love Dooney and the Dooney and Bourke website.
Answer: My invoice also only shows the price of the bag, but the receipt on line shows the amount of sales tax and those numbers matched what I was charged. It may have something to do with which state it was shipped from or to.
Answer: They have no customer service. If you have an issue, email them and they may get back, or they may not! Very few have been able to talk to them. As for the bags, I think they are real but the dye process is off(people write in about the colors being way off) or the stitching is a little off, I got a bag that wasnt bad, but on this order they didnt honor their own sale and overcharged me by almost $200. And wont do a damn thing about it. Cancelled the second I placed it and they would not cancel.
