ILoveDooney's Ebay Rep Harassed me & Fraudulent Fees!

I ordered an item from iLoveDooney's eBay store, and I was overcharged $23 for the item so I filed a Paypal Dispute and ended up winning the case due to fraudulent activity on iLoveDooney's part. I had to file a dispute case due to iLoveDooney's deceitful customer representatives refusing to give me back the money they purposefully overcharged. Then after I won my Paypal case, the iLoveDooney eBay representative(s) began severely harassing me through eBay messages and emails for one week straight! I begged the representative to stop harassing me, but they kept on sending me countless vindictive, immature messages until finally I had enough! So I reported them to eBay's Trust & Safety team since they were violating their buyer protection policies, and then I contacted Paypal's Protection Department and informed them of iLoveDooney's representative's harassment. Lastly, I contacted Dooney & Bourke and reported that one of their authorized sellers (iLoveDooney) was engaging in illegal practices which included fraudulent fees, buyer harassment, and cyberbullying. I was informed by all three entities that iLoveDooney would be dealt with accordingly. However, I made sure to also contact iLoveDooney 2 days ago and demand that the representative(s) in charge of the eBay account stop the harassment immediately or I would take the issue to the proper authorities. The "supervisor" I spoke to at iLoveDooney is named Mary, and she justified the harassment I was receiving by saying that the "non-stop, repeated, spam messages" I was receiving that were personal attacks from her fellow employee(s) and her were not harassment in her eyes. Well, I told her that I do not care what she deems as harassment and that the police would care about the fact that it was in fact harassment. Well, that shut her up real quick, and let's just say I have not received any more harassing messages since then! Also, I can tell you this much... if I receive one more message I will follow through with my promise to contact the authorities! Mary and the eBay representative(s) in charge of iLoveDooney's eBay account are the most immature, vindictive, childish, abrasive people I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Just so sick and pathetic their behavior was. I am glad I was vindicated by the three aforementioned agencies, and if iLoveDooney keeps up this behavior I doubt that an entity as big as Dooney and Bourke will continue to allow them to be authorized sellers for much longer.
