Placed 5 orders never rec'd or heard from then $ refunded, disappointing waste of time

I encourage you to buy elsewhere! I'm so frustrated right now... currently having a terrible time with them. Mine was $90. Not 100% convinced that they are authentic. I paid for express 5 day shipping. Received 2 wks later and past Christmas so I am trying to return. I have to pay shipping even though it arrived so late. Today I waited on hold for 20 min. I was told they were having a glitch with their computer and can't send me a label to print so I have to call back next. I imagine It'll take me at least a month to get my money back.
