Having been inundated with ads on every platform I decided to give this product try. According to them it will be a "perfect" experience. Oh so wrong. Apparently I don't know what color my own skin is for the color match because what they sent me was horrible. The first made me so pale and so yellow I looked like a wanna be Geisha on a bad budget. The second shade was still too light and left me looking like my liver packed up and left home. I dutifully completed the online questions one more time hoping someone would listen and get it right. Unfortunately, twice must be the magic number because I received no third try (despite what I was told online), and I'm now left with useless product that I wouldn't dare go out in public with and a big bill.
Well, I had a $20 gift card that was given to me to answer some questions survey questions. I tried using that $20 gift card and it was not available. I had a $15 one as well that was gonna expire soon but I wanted to use the $20 one and I emailed you guys several times, but no one bothered to return my messages so I feel like I got screwed out of it not too happy about it still bought the product but that's not the point
The foundation arrived broken in the box. Glass was everywhere and a complete mess. I will not be purchasing again. Having to return an item and wait longer is more work than I have time for. I was expecting better from all the adds and photos. Very disappointing.
I was constantly emailed saying try before you buy but there's no code or coupon to input a stipulation to try before you buy. So full price was charged and I just would like for the try before I pay advertising to be true.

I did a favorites party last Holiday season, and I brought the Plumping Cream and the two that didn't pick it, all went out after and bought it! One of my girlfriends now has almost every product!

I do have to say my negative about the order process was being immediately asked to upgrade my subscription. I found that insulting being that I am first order customer at this point.

Shopping was fine. But the website took me to Apple Pay without me being able to verify my address was placed correctly. I noticed that my address didn't include my apt #. So now I sit and wait to see if it can be added or if I need to cancel my order. Which would probably had been an easy fix if I could have just talked to someone.

Shipping address did not up date on order. No way to charge or call to change. I caught it within seConds of making the order. Can only send an email.
Been following this product for a couple of years and am finally biting the bullet and trying it. After reading many positive reviews I decided to buy. Of course they want you to subscribe but you can do a one time purchase. The only negative in the in cashing out process is that I never saw an itemized amount so I could see what was charged to my account.

The problem I have with your website is that any time that I want to review some of your items while deciding what to order, it ALWAYS makes me answer the numerous questions that you ask every time that I visit your site, just to see other items on your site. This is so maddening that I don't want to visit your site unless I'm absolutely out of the one item that I use. I won't be considering the other items because I can't look at them without all of the questions! I just ordered for the 2nd time, and I do like the base makeup.
Very bad. I only wanted to try the exfoliating product. The site kept prompting me to add more products. When I closed the browser without authorizing the add on purchase - they took the money from my credit card anyway. This is a trickery site. Please refund my money.

I have been using Il Makiage products for over 2 years. Love the foundation and concealer. The website was a little confusing at first. Once you get the hang of how everything works, it's great. I does get a little irritating with the multiple pop ups while checking out but overall great website. I do have to change my product replenishment date often. I don't wear make up on my days off (Sat/Sun) so I have to extend until I'm running low. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the constant pop ups while checking out. If there was a page directed to items on sale or on discount for easy use that would be great. Keep posting on TikTok. That's how I found your products and learn about new ones. Oh, also keep the $15.00 coupon available longer, I don't always need something when I get it and it would be wonderful if it could just be added to my account to use on my next order when I'm ready for it.
