I ordered 1 product. Of course the many links for add ons pop up. I hit skip, but now my card is charged for a second order with no way to cancel. I will never order from them again.

This is my first time ordering from Il Makiage and I wanted to try the power polish. I ended up saying yes to the subscription for it and after the order was placed, I checked and it showed I ordered 2 things. I only ordered the one and this is not ok!

I love the No Filter primer. So easy to use and feels and looks great. I am an older woman and this is one of the few makeup products that I really like.
A minute later that I ordered the incorrect item wrote to customer service and inmediately was told, nothing could be done! Just like that! You didnt show any interest in solving my situation!
Now I have to go through tbe hassle of going to the post office, or keep a. Item that I alteady have 2 of them right now! Very dissapointed!

Your product was great, but I chose not to buy the whole thing and made multiple attempts to get in touch with you before the two week period was over with unfortunately I did have to pay for it and I was not pleased. I'm very skeptical about purchasing products online before trying them. I have a combination of oily and dry skin and unsure of my skin tone. The quiz to help decide the right shades was incredibly easy and so was the purchase. I decided to buy the No Filter primer and the exfoliator. Update to come after I get my products as a first time user.
Do NOT sign up for the prepaid annual plan unless you absolutely love their products. I made the mistake of signing up for the annual plan. I don't like the concealer anymore but have two auto-ships left on the plan. I HAVE TO get two more products of something I DON'T like and DON'T use because "customer service" can't be bothered to offer me a refund. Even though their site offers refunds, apparently, it's only for select customers. I like their skincare products but not a fan of the makeup.
The product I was looking for was so easy to find. I always look forward to new products! I have been using automatic delivery for three years and it is so easy to manage my subscription.

I did NOT order an add-on plumping cream (ORDER # *******) it was added as I was trying to get off the order site & I feel taken advantage of! Cancel this order as I have no need or desire for it & am extremely disappointed!
So I applied this on my face around my smile lines and forehead I can still visibly see them. I was under the impression that they would disappear. So I'm confused. It is smoothing but lines are there.
I do not care for the gotcha page after ordering something. This is not cool. Its a sketchy business practice and I do not want. I have requested the refund within 60 secs of ordering but it wouldn't let me through automation. I had to send an email. I better not get it in the mail or I am going to contact better business bureau!
When trying to get the prices from the auto replenishment discount yet wanting that order right away it's very confusing how to go about that, so I made an order but did not get the discount and I'm very disappointed in that.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
