The site is mis-leading.
I wanted information for 20% off and next thing I had place an order for almost $100. I did not want this. I only wanted to try the sample for $5.90 shipping!
I tried to contact them to cancel, but I'm still getting emails confirming my order with no ability to cancel.

Love the products although the lip liner color wasn't what I thought it would be. Their customer care is top notch and very quick to respond and help with finding that right color palette.

Such a great experience and has a personal touch like nowhere else. They go in depth to give you the best products for YOUR skin. I wish I had known about this sooner. Preferred over Ulta or Sephora.

Ordering from IlMakiage is easy. There's a lot of good choices in there for everyone.
My order was completed quickly and they have promo codes for discounts when you order regularly.

I was not given a order number upon my charging this product to my account! I have questions about active ingredients and I can't ask them because they're asking for an order number

I need to replace a lip color and wish there was a way to replace it rather that do a return and have to re-order another color.

Love your products, but do not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics to continue to up sell for additional products and pressure to subscribe. If discount pricing can be offered for subscription, the same discounts should be offered for returning customers.

Buying the right foundation can be a painful process, but Il Makiage seems to have cornered the market on doing it right. It's not only the right color and good quality, but it lasts all day. Thank you.

We love all of these products so much and I cannot use anything else. It's just too bad that even though I've spent hundreds, they can't seem to help me with a broken mascara brush. The brush was detached from the handle once I opened it.

I wasn't for sure if you were going to charge me the entire year's cost $94.50 up front when I just wanted to see if I liked it. Didn't understand why when I don't know if I like it.

Very hard to reorder things and afraid the point is not being made. Not good customer service. The products are great. Just wish it was easier to order and reorder.

I never have issues ordering IL Makiage products! I also like that you can set products for auto-replenish! The only issue I had was that I could only use one promo code; I couldn't use the two coupons I had received. Other than that, purchasing is seamless!

I have had great experience with II Makiage. I use the eyeliner and moisturizer. The moisturizer has made a big difference with my fine lines. The eyeliner is precise; not a thick unnatural look.

I loved the try before you buy concept as good products often come with a higher price. The moisturizer is, hands down, the best my face has ever tried and I love it. The under eye brightener really does what it says it does and I like the limp plumper as well. I have tried so many other companies over the years as most people do- this company thinks of every detail and they are the highest quality I have found.

Out of all the products I've purchased/ used I've returned only 1. That was a mascara that I purchased in error. I don't use waterproof products and that mascara was waterproof, only reason I returned it. I love the foundation, bronzer, blush, mascara, lip mask. Just order the "Re-do" and cannot wait to see it's effect.

I love this foundation, it fits directly to my skin and skin type. It's amazing and the best thing they let you try it for a few days and if you like it you keep it if you don't return it. But believe me you'll love it

Okay IlMakiage… YOU 👏🏼 DID 👏🏼 THAT! The power Redo is INSANELY effective. I have been struggling with wrinkles in my forehead and after using the product they're absolutely gone whenever I apply make up. Holy cow… 10/10! 🔥🔥🔥
