Initially, I was surprised by the online quiz that matched me with my shade a year ago. While using that, I still have the concealer. Recently, I noticed a new eye product, so I decided I wanted to try it as well. The website is not difficult to use, and I was able to make my purchase as needed, and I'm excited to try it.
If your from canada the price is alot more then the check out says it is.i would not of order if i knew the price.87 dollars but in cart said 52 dollars
The tone did not match at all. Obviously I made the wrong choices during the shade questions. Perhaps the lighting in my room was off. Also the makeup felt almost like paint or stain. It was not for me.
I have found the discounts or free gifts to be misleading. Receive an email or text about winning a free gift, go to site and it turns out to be the pay in 14 days offer. You do not need to do this to trick us into getting your products. Your products are great!
It was super easy to maneuver and take the quiz. Specific question that make me feel the product will help. I'm looking forward to using and seeing a difference
Your products are great but I'm not happy about the add on to my order. I feel like I've been tricked and don't want the exfoliating product. Please remove it and refund me.
I tried 3 times to open an account and the website said I already had an account yet bumped me back to "create an account" every time I tried to sign in.

I was trying to buy a gift for someone else and didn't want to answer all those questions about my hair and pores etc. I thought I would never get out of the site. There has to be a way to bypass and complete my purchase.
They should not have you put a hold on the whole amount of a trial product. It would be fair to say to put at minimum of $5 of the shipping. This was very disappointing for this company very misleading!
Not sure exactly how they can figure out my perfect shade of foundation and concealer just from a quiz but they do! Products are amazing quality, always delivered quickly and in beautiful packages. Smooth and creamy finish for foundation and concealer and the primer is so light and moisturizing that it keeps my still feeling supple all day. Love love love.
I specifically clicked the "Try Before You Buy" option when I purchased several products. According to the FAQs on your website "any products ordered through Try Before You Buy are yours to try for 14 days (you will just pay for shipping." I was not just charged for shipping. I was charged the FULL AMOUNT of the purchase.
This website has this feature that will catapult you to checkout and if you're not careful you'll end up buying all kinds of stuff you were looking at. Then as and after you check out, it's one upsell after another. Do this - buy one thing and then hold out for the upsell discount. But be super careful or you're gonna end up with auto billed orders of stuff you may have just been reading about.
I just wanted the foundation you was only supposed to charge me close to $6 but now you're trying to sell me something else and I cannot place my order so I am very unhappy please let me know if my orders been placed 🤨
It offered me to subscribe and save, which I did, then noticed a coupon in My inbox. Applied the coupon and it hiked the price up and added shipping. Wtf?
The mobile browser website check out process is a complete nightmare. It allows you to enter your PayPal payment details before the shipping information section, and once the PayPal details go through, the order is placed and you don't have the option to put in your shipping information at all.
1st off, Il Makiage makes good face products. I would skip some of the makeup.
I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED because I am set up on auto replenishment for Power Up Eye Cream, it was supposed to auto ship on 1/15/25. I received an email that my account information needed to be updated before it would ship. I did not understand because the day before I received a shipment from them and nothing has changed since my 1st order.
After ENDLESS emails with the Tech Team getting different answers that were not helpful, the CS Team "lied" and told me it is out of stock. I asked why it appears available online and they could not answer me.
Sooo... I tested it finally this week and placed an order, with another email address as a new order... and guess what, it worked just fine.
There is a glitch and nobody listened to me and fixed it.
They will probably read this and send me a discount code for $10-20, but those are basically bogus, after shipping and taxes you really don't save any money.
At this point, I should be refunded for the product I just paid for, with one of their discount codes for another issue.
I have the face primer already and love it so now I've ordered again a different product the power redo wrinkle fix anti aging

Did the Ai assessment a second time and I was 150. I really don't know if it's lighting or what but those are two completely different readings.
I'm interested and wonder how this works. Excited to try something new as I've been using LG for over 10 years and get many compliments.
