I'm interested and wonder how this works. Excited to try something new as I've been using LG for over 10 years and get many compliments.
I have gotten several things that I absolutely love. Ive been completely happy with each item and trying to add to my collection! You pay a little more up front but you definitely get what you pay for. It only takes a small amount of each so they last longer too! All definitely worth the purchase and I'll continue to add the things on my list.
The way they make you pay is confusing to say the least. Once you think you are done they keep trying to get you buy more stuff. I accidentally bought something that now I am going to have to return it. I have used their products before and I like them. I just don't like the add on products.
Online ordering was very simple to use. Ordered my product and as this was a reorder I can tell you I love this foundation! It matches my skin color perfectly.
Well they broke me down. 😂. I've been on the fence for awhile. I'll write another review when I receive the product.
Great moisturizer! Only one that doesn't make me break out. Light and not greasy. My face looks great after using this.
So on YouTube I saw an offer for this under eye cream which was totally ironic, I had just been saying "Geesh these bags look awful". So I signed up for try before you buy I'm so excited looking at other reviews I cannot wait to say bye bye bags! No bag lady here!

This is why I don't order from Makiage I put in a new address because I travel, and it shows that you send it to my home address, and I put it a different address. This is very frustrating because I'm not even at home I'm on the road and I put in my hotel address when I got my email it shows that you all sent my concealer to my home address.
The powder redo I am sending back cuz it did not blur or smooth out my wrinkles and they're really just fine lines and if you put too much on and makes you very light and I don't wear foundation so it left me looking off color-wise
I purchased dry foundation and it is flaky and makes my skin look wrinkled, I wanted to return it and wrote to one of the representative and never heard back. I'm out of return window so unfortunately I have keep this flaky foundation.
Very simple to make selection as well as updated card information. Easy and site works great. Will place more orders.
It's been 4 days and I still haven't received confirmation on shipping. This happens every time I place an order.

Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with your foundation products, and I recognize as a business you want to make the most profits, but you're website is designed in a manner that attempts to intimidate customers by luring them into buying several items and signing up for auto-renewals prior to getting to the final steps of a purchase. It's like jumping through hoops and going through an obstacle course to get to my destination. Someone give me a fly swatter! If this wasn't part of the process, I would've rated higher.
It so hard to call and its automated call only
I was charged for 101$ for the free trials which i supposed to return because my face got irritated when i tried the il makiage
Before using the product my face is smooth when i tried this i got a little dark spot and seems becoming bigger
Not happy with this and more worst when il charged me right away and did not wait for my return
I am working and very busy at my work and trying to make my time to ship back the products font even wait until i send

I have had great results so far and the representatives that I reached out to for help were amazing.
I purchased Il Makiage Power Lift. It arrived right after I had to leave to go out of town for the illness and ultimate death of a parent. When I returned; weeks later, I tried the product and did not see any benefit. Definitely not worth the $70 price tag. I reached out to customer service since I was outside of my return window, they basically said I was out of luck and there wasn't any refund or product exchange available to me. Very disappointing and poor customer service based on the circumstances. Not with the money!
I love the Ilmakiage products but hate the harassment that begins as soon as you purchase one product! 2to 4 text messages daily from the minute your purchase is completed. 3 to 5 emails every day after the purchase. I have only ordered one other time a few years ago, the harassment was enough to keep me from reordering. Thought I would try again but it's worse now! Again, great product it's a shame their marketing practices run some of us away.
I love their product however the constant emails and texts are flat out harassment!
I tried their product, I woke up like this foundation several years ago. I loved it, by far the best foundation I have ever used. I only placed one order due to the plethora of emails that follow every order. They are nonstop, two to four a day. Annoying doesn't begin to describe the experience. They appear desperate! Their practices are shooting themselves in the foot!
Easy ordering and able for them to recommend a product for my benefit hopefully it gives me pleasure in using the product that they have chosen
