The Il Makiage products can virtually stand alone on their own merits - they are so incredible! But their amazing customer service department should not be overlooked. After a recent horrific interaction with multiple Moerie customer service representatives, it reinforces the importance of both product and agent! Based on this one interaction with Moerie, I will never buy another product from them and will share my unsatisfactory experience with others. Il Makiage rates high in both areas!
It took three times for me to order on the website. It seems that it wanted me to subscribe but that is not what I wanted to do. I love the product, so I kept trying and finally it took.

I have been very satisfied with the customer service and the products I've received. This is the first makeup, I have used that actually matches my skin color. I tan very easy so through the year I have been able to reorder something different. If it doesn't match, customer service has helped replace or refund me. I have been using these products for a couple of years now and that's all I wear now. I didn't think I could afford the products but I learned it doesn't take as much of the products as other brands and they last me quite awhile. I went to 2 soccer games and a baseball game in the hot Texas sun today, after starting at 7:00 a. M, and getting home about 8:00 p. M, I was surprised at the end of the day, how well it has stayed on. Even when I try something new from IL Makiage if I cancel it I have had no problem with cancellations or being charged for it. I'm 65, and I truly believe these products have helped my skin. One of my grown daughters has started using some of the products. She has sensitive skin and is enjoying what she has tried. We neither one work for IL Makiage or know anyone that does. Thank you IL Makiage.

I needed new foundation and a friend applied yours right on my face. I recently had an accident and have visible scars on my face. I'm very self conscious of them. Your make covered and I felt like my old self. Family and friends couldn't see any of my scars! I was so happy that went on your website and ordered. Your process to figure out what color works was very in depth and I love the color that was suggested.
I bought the foundation to Try Before You Buy, paying the shipping cost only. One month after trying said product, I decided not to buy, I wasn't impressed. The IL Makiage company took liberty to bill my card the next month, $120.00, 😡, for another bottle of foundation, because I did not return the "Try Before You Buy", bottle! It's very deceptive trading practices! I don't need or want this foundation, I prefer the Phoetera brand, it's much more cost friendly and smoothed on my older, dry skin much better, with no chalkiness. Customer Service at IL Makiage was HORRIBLE, too!
