The buying experience was fine. It was "convenient" that I got a text with a 20% off my order the second I pressed place order on a $54.00 order (would have been nice to have before). Other than that it was a smooth shopping experience

The ordering process was fine. The completing payment process seemed a little excessive. Multiple requests to add items and auto renew.

I love this concealer and have ordered again. Blends well, covers, and doesn't dry the skin.

I don't like the way you put add-ons to orders. I did not mean to put an add-on to my order but instead of skipping it I accidentally hit the add-on & so I ended up with something I did not want.

The website was user friendly and the product descriptions were helpful. But the constant asking for subscription was annoying.

Apparently, I missed the window to return the product that does not work for me. I was just outside the window to return and let the company know the product did not work for me and they basically told me "too bad". I missed the return window. What a terrible way to run a business. I will never buy a product from this company again. I will share this experience.

I have been using IL Makiage for 3months now. And they have been great. Whether it is a product match or return.

Typically this would be 5 star but I went to use my anti-aging flash firming treatment and I was push the pump over and over and over again and nothing was coming out. I twisted open the top to find out there was nothing attached to pump up the treatment. So I am unable to use this product, would love a new one sent

When you're giving me another chance to order the product for 20% off, but you're not giving me the products that I actually use or need. It's frustrating because I would spend the money again on the product that I need but I cannot do that because you don't give me that option to do that you give me products that I don't use

I have a subscribed order with auto shipping. I wanted to add my polish scrub to my foundation and primer so it would come in one box. I work in rural Alaska and it is better if the boxes are bigger and don't get lost. I hope I don't regret this.

Im literally the best tanning product I've ever used! You can have subtle or darker and it actually gives you an instant tan l! And you don't look orange at all!
