I have been using IL Makiage for 3months now. And they have been great. Whether it is a product match or return.
Typically this would be 5 star but I went to use my anti-aging flash firming treatment and I was push the pump over and over and over again and nothing was coming out. I twisted open the top to find out there was nothing attached to pump up the treatment. So I am unable to use this product, would love a new one sent

I wondered if after a certain $ amount I got free shipping but it wasn't evident so I only bought 1 thing. Then Paypal failed twice because the price with the shipping was not the amount I'd authorized because when I first logged in shipping was not showing yet.

It's frustrating because I would spend the money again on the product that I need but I cannot do that because you don't give me that option to do that you give me products that I don't use
I have a subscribed order with auto shipping. I wanted to add my polish scrub to my foundation and primer so it would come in one box. I work in rural Alaska and it is better if the boxes are bigger and don't get lost. I hope I don't regret this.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
