Total scam. They tell you that you can try product for free and only pay $6 for shipping but charged you entire $70 when you order. Unless you return the product at your own expenses they will not refund. You will not see this info when you buy it. Total fraud!
I will say that the color match process was perfect and the customer service is great. However, on their ads they show all kinds of flaws being coverable, from acne to age spots. I have a lot of red in my skin and two red spots on the tip of my nose and this foundation didn't cover them any better than my current foundation. I may try their primer for red skin to see if that helps.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
Answer: This website is scam. They don't cancle order. Reday to scam once you order. BEware
Answer: Yes They are Scammers. Good luck getting your money back! 1
Answer: The company is a scammer. How would you trust their product is animal tested! Even you can't trust the product, as you don't know what's in it...
Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
