It took me a long time to finally buy this primer. I was so disappointed to receive the bottle only to find one the pump is not working well. I do like the product but can't deal with trying to get it out. So sad

I have been using their foundation "Woke up like this" for a few years and I absolutely LOVE it! It is light yet provides great coverage and seems to actually meld with my skin. But today I tried to login on the website to order some additional products and change my address for my recurring order but cannot

The product is absolutely not what is shown in the advertisement. Very poor quality and foundation does not even give 10% coverage of what is shown in the advertisements. Waste of money. Never recommend.

The process for ordering and was very easy. Liked the option of trying out the product and paying when satisfied. Speaks to the company's belief in their product and customer service.

Answering the questions made me feel like I would get the perfect match. It was easy to make the selections because of the pictures that were shown with each question. I liked the idea of having different pictures to choose from because it made my choices much easier. If I was only given words, I would have had to stop the process, since I would have had no idea which option to choose.

I was trying to add a product to my recurring shipment, but it doesn't look like it work 😞. Looks like I'll be wasting money for shipping on 2 orders now. I'll have to figure out later if these can be combined

So they send you a $15 off coupon to entice you to try another product, but then the price is higher than if I just went to the website and ordered it so really no coupon savings at all. Don't fall for it.

I wish it would just let you log into the website and put what you want in the cart and check out. It harrasses you the whole time about autoship, or one time purchase. You can tell a programmer designed the site. It's so annoying to use. But at least the products are good.

Since my first order, I have experienced wonderful customer service and received great products. I have tried several different skincare products as well as foundations. I am impressed and very satisfied with all of it. Any questions I have posed have been answered quickly. I have had no issues returning products if/when I didn't like them.

I love il makiage, ive been using their products for a few years now, they never disappoint, I recently had a small mixup with my recurring order, they were quick to fix the issue and gave me $100 code to spend on other products, im excited to try two new products 🥰

When my order was complete the credit of $15 was not deducted! I all ready put my credit card information in then the credit card was not deducted! I do not like doing business with a company like this. I went on a chat as soon as I realized what happened. No one has gotten back to me in regard that this problem

IL Makiage Products are the best and I love how it makes my skin feel! I've been using these products for a few years now and I can't say enough about these products and the customer service is outstanding!

I bought one item and some how it directed me to another page w a different product and asked something along the lines of purchasing and I want even sure what it was and it charged me for an "add on" item. Seconds after realizing it sent me a confirmation I immediately asked for a cancellation and they denied me!

I have never had a bad experience with this company. They are very accommodating and friendly. They obviously stand behind their products with the try before you buy. I have used this and there has never been an argument. They have always made what I was in search right. Most definitely a wonderful experience.

I absolutely LOVE this power lift! It's in a gel form and goes on super smooth and silky! You only need a dab to apply to your entire face. It has a cooling effect and makes your skin soooo soft!
I am starting to see some long term affects of using this product in the morning and evening and I will be using this product from now on!

I don't know how they do it, but every quiz I've taken has been matched perfectly with whatever product I needed. My only wish is that they would partner with Klarna or Afterpay so I could pay for their products over time instead of all at once cause it can add up quickly.

Then they say pay for shipping then they charge your credit card more. All I wanted was a trial and somehow they took more. I just wish things that are advertised didn't always always always have a catch!

Well, I had a $20 gift card that was given to me to answer some questions survey questions. I tried using that $20 gift card and it was not available. I had a $15 one as well that was gonna expire soon but I wanted to use the $20 one and I emailed you guys several times, but no one bothered to return my messages so I feel like I got screwed out of it not too happy about it still bought the product but that's not the point
