A scam! DO NOT order a sample. It will end up costing you 550 euro. You have to return the sample to Malta which costs a fortune.
Very expensive lesson to learn. Never trust this company as they continue taking money from account after cancellation. Calling them is very hard and if u get through they will talk over you. You cannot reason with them. The product has no change to your skin, oil of olah is just as good. Do not trust this company. Please as I have been scammed and do not want others to suffer the same.
Unless you read all of the fine print this is a very expensive exercise. They give you 14 days trial and you must contact them during that time to cancel. If not they start sending more of the oil and also some other wrinkle cream at a cost of $138 for each product. When you try and cancel they offer a 40% discount to keep the products and then charge you $15 plus postage to send it back.The product is useless!
Say sml amt for trial give cr card no lookout. Cr card debited $58.20 then $129 mth later vontact asked why then say its for nxt lot arriving. Then try to cancell charge for cancel it goes on an on. Beware. Whish had read reports 1st

Do NOT order these cremes or oils! They are FALSE advertising that the initial bottle of creme/oil is FREE and only pay shipping and handling. Then in the fine print they say they will auto deduct in 15 days and that payment is for the supposed "free" bottles! Called to cancel my subscription, and they wouldn't do anything to honor their false advertising, and send me the cremes they deducted for. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I WILL BE SHARING THROUGH ALL MEDIA CHANNELS POSSIBLE!
They are scamming your money. If you had read the other reviews they are telling the truth. But it cannot be taken as fraud as the small print states we gave permission to use our acc. SO big warning don't contact the Idrotherapy company RING your BANK ammediately and cancel your card THAT IS THE only way otherwise they will manipulate YOU and take MORE MONEY to late for me

After getting the Idrotherapy and the Argan Oil, I then read all these reviews. Alarm bells went off immediately. When I finally found a number to call, a very pleasant girl gave me the return details...
To return: I pay A$15 for each product + postage + return processing fee of A$15 for each product! A$60 +postage!
Alternatively: Keep the products at A$25 for each & a cancellation will be put in place immediately! I haggled about that, even though this was obviously the cheaper option. I managed to secure a deal of A$37.50 to keep both products. Two products I don't want!
Lesson learnt - when something sounds too good to be true - it usually is! Stay well away from these products.

Also, when I first called to cancel, they hung up on me, then when I called back, they had me on hold and then a recording came on saying there was nobody available. So I used a different phone and guess what, yep they answered! So they are screening calls that want to cancel. Managed to get them to cancel and send me a confirmation email of the cancellation. Asked to speak with a supervisor, and of course the supervisor was busy! I am going to file a complaint with the Canadian Better Business Bureau and want everyone to share this post so that others are not falsely drawn into their scam! I will also be sharing through ALL MEDIA channels possible!

Lastly, on their website they have a "easy cancel" button that conveniently doesnt work and I was told its being fixed! Bet if that was the "easy order" button, it sure would work. Again shady, and scam!
Dont buy anything from this website. Dont get anything free samples for try because after they get your information and account then they take money from your account. I really did. I see on Facebook they said get free samples to try then I get 2 samples they charge $12.90AUD but two weeks later they take another one this one $143.90AUD I so upset and I ring them i ask them to return my money back to my bank but they returned only $90.00 AUD they still took 53.90 no return for me. Im a Australian pensioner and Im sicknesses I have no money to pay rent I told them and I cry a lot, but they still dont want to give my money back. Anyone can help me to get this money back please. Please. Thankyou..
We got the goods ok, then all of a sudden debits started coming out of my account. Never any problems previously. Already nearly $300 Aus.
Fine lines are less visible after a moth of using it and I will continue to use it. I still have products, a little goes a long way. I asked my friends to try and they were to are using it now. Thank you Idro.

Charge peoples credit cards without knowledge or permission. If the product is so great should have to scam people to use it.
They took $132 Canadian out of my account today... spent over 40 minutes on the phone and will not refund all of my money. 1st offer give 30% off price of $100 and $90 on the 2 products... then I can return the trial products I received. Pay the shipping and handling plus a processing fee... so I'm still out money... another offer pay $19.99 for each item and pay processing fees for each item separately... kept talking over me... would not listen... I advised reporting to my bank and she said go for it I won't get my money back... nothing... so either I accept the offer or lose everything. Did you know the call centre is located in the Philippines? Refused to give me name of supervisor or manager... I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Been using this for 2 months now and the results are amazing. They let you pay for the trial jar but gives you a discount when you call within the trial period. I got mine for a 70% discounted price. The results are amazing, lines around my mouth and eyes have become more smooth and lifted. Will be using it for the next couple of months I guess.
