I ended up cancelling my card. The bank said it is only way to ensure they do not charge you. I was unable to get hold of anyone on the Sydney phone number as it asked for the phone number I order from, but then said my number was not on their records and canceled my call. The online cancel option did not recognise my email address. Total SCAM. Embarrassed I fell for the free sample offer.
The only way I got through was on live chat and then they rang me... I agree total scam.
