I'm trying to cancel my order and trial period but can't get through to anyone no matter what I try. Your phone number is incorrect so what do I do to just cancel everything. I've had emails saying no one can find my account so what does that mean. I'd like a reply as soon as possible please, thank you.

You need to contact your bank and instruct them to stop/ block this company from taking any more money

I ended up cancelling my card. The bank said it is only way to ensure they do not charge you. I was unable to get hold of anyone on the Sydney phone number as it asked for the phone number I order from, but then said my number was not on their records and canceled my call. The online cancel option did not recognise my email address. Total SCAM. Embarrassed I fell for the free sample offer.

The only way I got through was on live chat and then they rang me... I agree total scam.
