False advertising on Facebook sites, says free but then charged if you don't cancel within 16 days of purchase, not from the time it's delivered. Make sure to read the small print after adding your details if you do want to try this, I would have definitely cancelled as this product reacted badly with my skin. The customer service rep I spoke to was helpful so I gave more stars based on my experience with her.

It's been an month since I started using this product. It really improves my skin texture and it moisture my skin at the same time. It gives skin a youthful glow looks even if you've just woken up. I did receive the sample twice...but as was not sure if I actually ordered the product itself as when you go to checkout the offer more thing for you to buy.
In my statement I was being billed by a company called digi - bill.so wasn't even sure who they were and what I was being charged for.when I had the time I looked them up and found out they were charging for idrotheapy. Customer support maintains that the terms and condition say that after 14 days after your order if you don't contact them you will then be automatically billed again.the thing is it's not clear when you go to pay at the checkout that this is goin to be a re occurring payment.I am terribly disappointed and as far as I'm concerned I would not recommend for anyone to get caught like I did.
Do not use this product. Heaven help you if you try their free trial... if you don't like it and cancel you are charged 150 for a product you don't like that's the size of a quarter.
Stand behind your product and if someone doesn't like it, DONT RIP THEM off!

Be super vigilant, watch your bank account. I called after receiving a "sample" which I did not like at all, only to find I'd been charged almost $200! I was supposed to call within a week to cancel and because it was two weeks "they understood but there was nothing they could do except cancel ongoing monthly repeats! Finally managed to obtain a 30% discount for stuff I'll never use.
Didn't receive free trial but was charged 151.00. Customer service chat lady said nobody forced me to get it. Like wow. Never received it and they took out 151.00 just pathetic
This cream really worked for me, lines around my forehead, crows feet and laugh lines have been reduced in as little as 2 weeks. I started my free trial last month and Im on my second jar now and the cool thing is I got a very big discount just by simply talking to their customer service team within the trial period.
A friend and I ordered this wrinkle cream through Facebook. Thinking how great it was for $6.00. After giving credit card details to company, we realized in the fine print that we would be charged $100 each month and more cream delivered. That lost me straight away! Rang company and said to cancel order. They tried their hardest to get me to do a different deal, but I wasnt interested. To cancel, it cost $10 plus $10 to post it back. All up it cost $26 for nothing! Not a bad earner for the company getting $16 from every person who cancelled their order. What a big rip off!
Be warned, if you give them your credit/debit card to get a free sample as they advertise, they will keep sending you more each month and I got charged over $170 for just this product alone, let alone the Essence of Argan that went with it.

Major scam that requires you to call to cancel, otherwise you are automatically put on a $99/month subscription. Ridiculous waste of time. When i called, the call just hung up randomly after their automated message.
I too signed up for the free trial. I have only found out now that the "free trial" was only for 14 days after which $175 would be taken from my bank account.
Absolute scam. There was never any obvious small print to indicate subscribing to this on a monthly basis to the tune of over $350. I have " cancelled" mu so called " subscription" and only hope when the goods arrive ( that I did not order) that my money can be refunded. A shameful underhand deception. I will be telling everyone I know about this.
Don't go near this company. It is a scam. They word it as though you are receiving a free trial, but this isn't the case at all. They just withdrew $161 out of my account. When I phoned them, they said they were sending another one out! Cancelled straight away. Will just have to bear the cost and move on!
I would like to give a warning to anyone who is thinking of purchasing Idrotherapy cream or Essence Of Argon. I purchased them and had a huge Allergic reaction. It says that there was an easy return policy, but when I rang the contact numbers they were out of service. The only way I could make contact was through live chat. I asked for the return address, etc. so I could return the product and the call centre person (based In the Philippines, surprise, surprise) just kept going around and around in circles and wouldn't give me the details. By the end of it I agreed to pay $19.99 for each product even though I cannot use it. Please think very carefully before you sign up.
Their free trial is not free at all. They will enroll you in their subscription service without your full knowledge. I ended up getting $150 charged on my credit card under a repeating charge. When I called them, they refused to give a full refund insisting they were in the right- even though I had only wanted the "free" sample. The product is oily, it made me break out, and now that I know they are a fraudulent, unethical company, I have no desire to use their product at all. Now I have to be vigilant about repeating charges on my card. Stay away! These people are dishonest and should be investigated!
