My wife gave them her credit card details & should have fully read the fine print.
Do not give them your credit card details. It has cost us over $300 Australian for two tiny sample size packs. When my wife rang them today (3/9/18) they said they would give her the product for half the price. We had to have the bank cancel the credit card & reissue it to stop future debits.
Don't get conned- if you think the product is likely to be so good why would actresses & others undergo cosmetic surgery if they could get all they want in a bottle?
Think before you deal with them.

I paid for one trial product and had $150 debited from my account two weeks later. I was checking another transaction when I noticed it, there was no invoice, no receipt no tracking number for any product, just money, stolen from my account. This is a total scam. I finally got through to someone to cancel the "subscription" I'd been signed up to against my will. Now they're trying to tell me the trail product, that I also paid for, is what I was charged for a second time!

Very unhappy with this product and cancelled order, after I only had 2 days to trial it before cancellation date,, I thought I had 14 days after delivery! NO! It is from when they sent it. No matter how long it takes for you to receive it... and still got charged in full and told tough luck on a refund. DO NOT buy this rubbish or anything from this company! They are scammers!

I discovered this brand from my closed friend. Loved the smell so much I bought some to use at home. I have never spent this much on facial cream, but it is so lovely on the skin that I feel it is worth the money. I will surely buy again. Love it.

Crows feet and forehead lines and jowls definitely minimized, however I despise the companies practices in debiting my account repeatedly. I had to pay to block the transactions and change my card. Ruthless and I feel disreputable. Sorry

I just turned 55 and I did have a lot of sun spots and sun damage to my skin. I noticed a difference within a week, the spots remained but they seemed lighter and my skin looked so fresh. I liked this product so much that last week I ordered my second bottle. If you try this serum I hope you too get great results. Very hydrating.

I had been looking for a good serum for a while and decided to give this one a try. I was impressed from day 1. The first thing that stood out for me is that the journey has felt quite educational, in the sense that I've learned the right amount of product that you really need. As per the product itself, it is very refreshing, non-greasy, or shiny, and it fully absorbs into your skin. I don't feel like I need to wash my hands after applying it (which is sometimes the case with other products I've tried). I'm writing this review after one week of use.

I've been using this for years. I'm 52 and active and It's the best anti wrinkle cream I've used. Have tried other products but this one is safe and really helps my skin. A little goes a long way. Lasts for quite a while. I get a lot of compliments on how my face never changes so that says something for it! Helps with the aging process. I won't buy anything else but this. I have extremely sensitive skin and this doesn't break me out. No more fine lines and less signs of aging for me..

I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for your products. Ive been using the 100% Argan oil for about a month and its completely changed the texture of my skin. Ive suffered with eczema for about 20 years (could be more) and have tried everything that is supposed to help. Nothing has ever really worked and Ive spent an insane amount of money in my life trying to find something that would. Some products have masked the symptoms a bit and made the patches of dry, flaky skin not hurt as much, but Ive never really had true relief. The 100% Argan Oil has worked! I really cant believe it. There is no sign of the eczema and my skin has never felt so soft, nourished, and beautiful. I am recommending it and your company to all of my friends. Thank you so much!

Supposedly a free trial but if you don't cancel, you are billed the full amount and the next shipment is on its way... the cost of the items is excessive. And I cannot say the product is that great. I already use Argan oil from a different company and not only is it good but it is reasonable with great offers. The fact that they make it impossible to access customer service is just part of their shoddy business principals. Stat away

They supposedly have an address of 22-24 Wonderland Drive, Eastern Creek, Sydney I presume. I don't live in Sydney or I would go there.
Had 3 'postage' amounts and 4 product amounts taken out of my credit card before I realized and cancelled my card. Only received 2 packages. Lost about $540 AUD.

It is the only product which nourishes my parched hair. Health problems make it super-dry and normal oils and serums disappear whilst wearing them leaving me with a frazzled head of straw however well groomed it started. It's tricky to apply enough before it looks too oily but by adding repeated handful in stages it works. Only this brand is so effective on me. I also use handcream and oil under it or on hair as a mask after shampooing and before final rinse
