Hi I would like to know how I go about getting my money back from you $90.40 that was taken from my account after trying the product for two days I had a reaction so sent it back straight away with a letter explaining what had happened it was so quick and I should never have been charged it's a free trial unless you go over your month I had it for two days. I want my money back please as bank is going to look into it

They took 125 euro from my bank account without my permission
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY
They took the money and wont answer ant E Mails

IDROTHERAPY. Just today took out of my AUS account $173.96 they were not authorised to do so. I want that money returned to me. I only signed up for free trial and I didn't notice any difference to my skin. I would have been better off using olive oil. They are a scam.

I've just realised this company is a scam after paying shipping for what I thought was a free trial only to be informed I will be charged after 14 days the full price of these products. I have been on to the bank and card cancelled. What horrible people set up scams like this.

They took AUS 131 from my bank 2 day ago. I just only accept to pay shipping for trial. So doggy. I just cancel my card. Bank said they can't stop them to take money. They need to investigate and give me answer. So shit. The product react allergy in my skin.
