This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used! Mail order is always always late, every single month. I get my prescriptions late every single month. Put it this way my scripts are all over a month behind, probably closer to 2 now because every month they all continue to be late. I get the same scripts every month & they have my scripts a month ahead of time, yet they can't even manage to mail them out before my due date I should actually have them in my hands, and after they do finally decide to ship, well then it's 3 to 5 days shipping time beyond that & that's after it ships not after it fills because they don't even ship it for days after it's filled & this happens literally every single month. When you call to ask why don't you ship them earlier so that we can receive them when they are actually due so that maybe I didn't have to run out of medications every month because I'm getting them late every month. Their answer to me is sorry there's nothing we can do about that. They don't fill it till it's due & after they fill it they sit on it for 4 or 5 days til they actually give it to the shipper, it will say waiting for carrier pickup, except all it is, is label created & will just sit there waiting 4 or 5 days to actually ship out at which point there will be an additional 3 to 5 days ship time. Why is it always late & why does it take them so long to fill it & then sit on it before they actually ship it when they have my scripts in hand a month a head of time and I call 2 weeks in advance to confirm the refill? I sooo want to change pharmacies. Also, my scripts like a lot of peoples are not to be abruptly stopped, but they don't care. They just say there's nothing I can do about that, they won't fill it till it's due. They don't care if they make you run out every month. They literally don't care about the patients they serve.
Don't send them a single cent. It's basically like throwing your money into a black hole. Instead, reach out to Joren Vale and ask for his price list. He's the real deal
On line I requested a rx transfer to centerwell. They sent an email stating a call. No call. Took me 4 calls, several people and at least an hour to finally get a response and person from pharmacy to rectify.
Prescription is sent in and if medication is not in stock they cancel order without informing the client or the doctor prescribing.
Constantly solicited for mail order and Centerwell has not idea what the website status is. Spoke to representative after representative, asked for supervisor, supervisor connected me to Pharmacy representative and all they could do was recommend I speak with supervisor.
Stop confirming an order then canceling! Stop requesting method of payment if after 2 1/2 weeks the order is still out of stock! Be honest! Let me have a local pharmacy fill this months over due prescription. Twice my prescription was in stock at pharmacy out of 6 months. Stop canceling my doctors new order sent to pharmacy after canceling order with Centerwell!
I have been getting my Parkinsons medication from centerwell pharmacy I am very pleased with most of my changes trying to find what works for me. My prescription was doubled to try and control my symptoms. I am having alot of nausea so my Dr sent a medication to help me get through the change. It was sent to them on the 27th of March. I was notified on the 30th that they were waiting for my Dr to get back to them and I call my Dr office. That script was canceled and 2 new ones showed up on was filing on the 1st and the other on 2nd. Now the one on the 2nd was canceled. So I am anxiously waiting for the one from the 1st. They should look at my script and see why I need it and not take a day for each step. Use a phone once in awhile. Start treating your patients as people not a computer that tells you what you need to do. Start caring.
I have been a customer and member of Humana Goldplus for 10 years and using Humana Pharmacy, now called as Center for Well. I am happy with their service, but find the medicine bottles have labels written in smaller letters and almost illegible and unreadable because of written in yellow background😩😩😩😳. Not ire who advised them to use unreadable yellow background instead of plain black and white like Walgreen does? Also the silky paper they use fades away the unreadable texts or written medicine name as well? This needs to be corrected as I take 7 medicines!

Centerwell failed to let me know would not be auto renewed. When I requested a prescription renewal, I emphasized I would run out of the medication shortly. A week later, without being notified, I found out the refill was on hold. I remain without a medication my health team relies on daily for my continued survival. Centerwell does not even pretend to care about customer care in an industry where care and concern for the patients relying upon them should be paramount. I went to Walmart, and I know they will care, and come through.
CenterWell Pharmacy
1. Terrible customer service. Spoke to 3 agents by phone (only 1 was helpful) and to 1 by chat (who intentionally and abruptly ended chat without notice). Took about 3 hours total
2. Hidden policies. Policies aren't communicated anywhere in online ordering system, like limits on # of items. You can order a large quantity, order is confirmed, then later you receive cancellation with no explanation. I had many cancelled orders and only learned why after contacting them.
3. Awful practices. Website clearly says that OTC spending allowance needs to be used by December 31. We placed our final online order on December 26,2023, to use up remaining allowance for 2023 before December 31. CenterWell shipped the items in January 2024 and deducted from 2024 allowance. So we lost part of our allowance from 2023, because they didn't deduct the orders placed in 2023 from our 2023 allowance, and we now are already down in our 2024 allowance, even though we have not ordered anything in 2024! The website clearly says that funds do not roll over after December 31, but evidently CenterWell can deduct at their discretion. The only answer I received pointed to wording available ONLY in the print catalog that shows a December 20 deadline for submitting orders by MAIL. The wording is not found on online ordering site NOR does it say it applies to online orders. Following is the exact wording from mail-order catalog that customer service used to explain why our online shopping order placed in 2023 was deducted from the 2024 balance (capitalization added by me):
"For all members: MAIL AND FAX
Due to added time to receive your request by MAIL, we encourage you to allow extra time when placing your order. If you have a monthly allowance, submit your order by the 20th of each month. If you have a quarterly allowance, submit your order by the 20th of the last month of your allowance period. Last month of quarters are March, June, September, and December."
Ship this last extremely late order then I'm having all my medicine filled by someone reliable. Center well SUCKS! And the certainly don't care about it's patients! $#*!' em!
I could write a book chapter as to the incompetence. I repeatedly tell them don't send refill unless requested. They don't listen. Trying to have a conversation with their staff is a joke. There is absolutely no one in. Charge and worse no one cares. Tragic incompetentce
My package has been around the world. From Texas to Arkansas to Illinois back to Texas and back to Illinois in a weeks time. They refuse to call Fedex and find out what the problem is and no supervisor is available. They never call back.
I am on Medicare and I have a plan D with Humana. And I use Centerwell Pharmacy. Recently, two of my doctors retired. Since Ceterwell calls the doctor when your prescription needs renewal, I went online to add the new doctors to my account. GUESS WHAT? THEY WOULDN'T DO IT. How crazy is that? After all these years, I am looking around for a new Plan D provider.
I was getting prescriptions ok some difficulty. However, they decided that a patient cannot be treated for pain (tramadol) and depression at the same time so they refused to fill my MD Rx for anxiety. They have made my life hell.
The prices they quote thru the Drug Pricing Tool on Humana.com when you log into your account are not the prices they or their referred pharmacies charge.
I was going to be billed $ 392.55 for a medication they quoted as $266.38 from them and $135 from Walmart. I attached the estimate but unfortunately canceled the order before I made a copy.
Bad experience in every way be incompetency of timely mail order deliveries and the correct medications being sent were absolutely awful
Trying to log into the website is near impossible. Once logged in you're kicked out only to start over. Making changes takes multiple tries then doesn't become effective. I simply give up. I currently have a supply of medications into 2025! Thanks!
The new web page is horrible to navigate. My most recent frustration is that I can't track the prescription I have ordered. The only people at Human who give me accurate information are the pharacists. Any other information is not trust worthy. For instance the drug prices are absurd and no where near accurate. And now this survey is asking for proof a purchase before it will send. Where do I find that proof in a form that will fit in their damned box?
Can't get the orders straight. Send the wrong dosage of medicine or don't send it according to the physician's orders.
If you ask why it takes days and days to simply get a refill shipped their workers will lie and lie to get you off the phone. Then they create a shipping label and still don't ship. Horrible
Answer: Terrible. Waited over 2 hours and 4 calls to get an issue resolved on a lost shipment. Your call center is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to your company.
Answer: No, but I'm not receiving medications I did order!
Answer: The price. Will definitely pay more for another company You get what you pay for!
