Terrible. Waited over 2 hours and 4 calls to get an issue resolved on a lost shipment. Your call center is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to your company.

Awhile. You must give all your info to a computer, then transfered 2 to 3 times and must repeat all the same info to each person
I have spent over an hour on one call.
