Not what I ordered!

I ordered 2 of these after reading about how well and great these things are. I ordered them with the "2-Day free shipping" PFFFT! Took about a week to get 1 and another couple days to get the other. After receiving them, they were not Hoverboard 360's. The box said iMoto. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I felt a bit suspicious of this. I emailed the comany from their contact info on the web site. I sent an email, one time 3 days in a row. I called their number about 2-3 times a day and never was able to get through. Always placed on hold automatically and eventually getting a recording telling me the voice mail was full and to call back. I finally received an email response back and was told the iMoto is an "Upgrade" because the product I ordered was un-available. That's like going to a car dealership and saying "Ehh, I'll buy a Chevy" and get upgraded to a Cadillac for the same price. No, I don't think so. I called again and FINALLY got ahold of a real person. They tried to convince me that these iMoto boards are OK with no issues. Whatever, I have zero trust at this point. Sending the un-opened iMoto scam Hoverboard 360 whatever is really in the boxes back. Wish I could leave a negative rating because even 1 star is too much!

Trying to contact to return product, they won't return my emails, never answer the phone. "Customer service" has you waiting on the phone longer than 30 minutes then just hangs up! Stay far away from this company! Worst ever!

I ordered LED shoes on NOV 17 with 2-day delivery. Four weeks later, the product has still not arrived. On Nov 23rd I tried to call the company on the number listed on their website, and the number was disconnected. I then emailed the company inquiring about the status of my order and a week later received a response my order would be shipped within 48 hrs. A week later, I still hadn't received shipment information, so emailed them again. I received a generic reply email from them stating they were bombarded with orders cyber Monday and they were backed up. Ok, well I had placed my order two weeks prior to cyber Monday... Didn't make sense. Then I receive another email from their customer service stating they still had not shipped my product yet but they promised it would be here by Christmas... At this point I've had enough of the run around and am canceling my order.

I wish I read all of these reviews before I bought not 1 but 2 600$ hover boards with FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING! I ordered on 11/30 and still nothing. I have called several times and never got an answer and I have emailed to cancel. I put through an inquiry with AMEX and called UPS to see if I could put in a "refuse delivery" request but Hoverboard360 does not allow UPS to submit "Refuse Delivery" options. This is a scam. They deserve 0 stars.

NO Help at all

The most crappiest customer service EVER! They do not respond to any emails regarding cancellation of my 2 hoverboards. They said a customer service representative would get back to me and 2 weeks later, I have heard nothing! I want my money back you greedy fools, it is almost Christmas and you literally stole from my kids!

I ordered after a VERY long hold to get through to a sales person. He said there were tons of people working but they were so slammed it was unbeleivable. He was nice. Answered all questions, then I ordered. Early Dec. Got board 1 week later. As I followed the order from overseas on UPS, it actually did only take 2 days from there to my door step. I think they are so slammed, they are just having a time of it with filling orders. Now for the board. Very nice. I ordered the 2.0 with bluetooth. MIddle size and glad of the bigger 8" tires. Makes the bumps smoother for sure. HEAVY and you do need a bag for it if you are taking it anywhere. Backpack bag is best.

It looks as if people have been having great difficulties with ordering and receiving but I can only say that there was no problem (we didn't try to order it on December 1st for a 2-day delivery).

As far as the product, it was purchased for my 10 year old son. He got the 10" wheels and it only took him a few moments to be quite comfortable on it and after 2 days he is VERY competent. He loves it. Rode it to his friend's house (1/2 mile away) and back a number of times with no problems.

He does not take it up to a high speed, and he must wear a helmet but I find it to be a very impressive product so far.

Dealing with this company has been a NIGHTMARE. The company promised delivery within 2 days, ordered 12/01. I cancelled my order both written and by dealing with customer service (the rudest people ever). Last time I checked on UPS tracking, it had my delivery date as being in September of this past year. The damn thing finally arrived today and now I have to send it back. I purchased another board from Glitek Glide (now that is a GREAT company). I have been on hold for 47 minutes trying to get the authorization number to send back. I hope someone sues this horrible company and puts it out business.

Listen All-
I was just as upset as all of you! However, I contacted UPS and re-routed/returned the item before it was even delivered. Called PP who looked up the tracking number and saw that it was on its way back. PP credited my account in full. Consider trying this. I bet it would work with a card company also. Thank You Pay Pal!

My husband saw the multiple ads from this company on line and without further research or reading the reviews which was bad on our part, ordered the hover board and sneakers from this company. Our order was placed on Dec. 3,2015. Within minutes I received a call from my credit card company indicating a fraud alert on my account and this company was flagged. They asked did I purchase and authorized a payment to PG Global which is Hover Board 360's business name. I approved the charges. On December 5th, I emailed the company to find out if my order will be processed and shipped. I heard nothing until Dec 6th when I finally received a call from a representative asking me for proof if I in fact purchased the order and to verify my address and last four of my credit card. I verified it. It was shipped on Dec. 8th and has been in Hong King since that time. Today is Dec. 12th and according to UPS, my order along with 136 other hover board orders are on a pallet in Hong Kong waiting there in the warehouse at the UPS facility since Dec 8th. I spoke with a UPS international rep. It was explained that Hong Kong only allows so many shipments out of its country per day and depending on the amount of shipments, it can take days or months as it depends on the quantity the manufacturer ships on a given day.

I did see that these hover boards are now not allowed on aircrafts due to the concern of the product catching on fire so the FAA has banned them. Inaddition, I've been reading the reviews on Hover Board 360's Facebook page and voiced my issue and concern in great detail. Gave my timeline and included a link to this site, I was quickly banned from there Facebook page. All my comments were deleted! I was stunned.

Customer service will not return my calls nor will they respond to my emails. I am planing to contact my credit card to report this and to get my money credited back to my card. It's not a bad idea to contact the BBB as well.

A hard lesson I learned but I will not allow this to ruin my 8 year old's Christmas! Sometimes, you just have to look at this as the glass half full. Could you image having a hover board that probably won't work after the first spin!

TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a hoverboard on November 30 with 1-2 day processing and 2 day delivery. I still haven't received the product. I have placed 3 emails with no response and have placed multiple calls to the company to get nothing but the phone ringing off the hook. Filed a fraud charge with my bank and hoping to get my money back. This company is garbage!

I ordered 2 hover boards and they shipped with no issues. They are Christmas gifts so I don't know how they work yet. I asked a question in their Facebook page and had an answer within an hour. So far so good!

Not Good

They don't answer phone calls at all, lie about shipping. Not good at all. Bought from Ground Gliders and got within 4 days after had order canceled. My friend is still dealing with his broken board from these guys trying to get a refund. Would advise to be careful ordering from them. They are still showing on there website 2 day shipping to get sales. SMH

Board doesn't work

Misleading 2 day ship, no customer service...when I did get the board it worked for 2 minutes then stopped. Can't return cuz you can't get in touch with them AND they blocked me on FB from commenting anymore lol I've filed a dispute with my credit & reported them to the BBB....

I'm still hoping to receive a quality product in time for Christmas, but my expectations were dramatically let down. They advertised free 2 day shipping and so I bought from them. They didn't give it to UPS until 5 days later and did that in Hong Kong. Now another 3 days has gone by and it went to Japan and is now in Alaska. Not sure how long it will take for it to get to me in Texas, but I am wary.

I contacted UPS and was told the package is being shipped from Hong Kong. 2 day shipping is a scheme to get your money. My bank has credited my account in 24 hours because this company is fraudulent. I ordered from another company called glitek and received it in 5 days. Glitek has a awesome customer service team. The price is 499 but the service and product is excellent. The CEO of glitek was on wendy Williams yesterday talking about the glitek glide. Call your bank have your bank file a claim and provide provisional credit due to fraud but be sure to deny delivery. Tell UPS to send it back to the seller and pay a little extra and order a glitek glide. We get what we pay for is the lesson I learned. If you don't believe me call the international ups number at *******877 and give them the tracking number they emailed you. My bank is a1 and doesn't play with fraud. I give these guys 2 more months of scamming and they will be shut down. Don't believe me just watch.

Scam! Stay Away!

They charged my card Dec1st and still no delivery. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. I did once and was assured I would have it Monday. It's now almost Thursday. Nothing. 47 emails and not one response. I now have begun a dispute with credit card company. Walked into Modells and bought a Swagway. So far so good. Awful, frustrating experience! Hovetboard360 is not legit!

Thank you all for your reviews... we have been calling for the last several hours with no answer from their Customer Service. We wanted to order through the phone and get a guarantee of Christmas delivery... since we could not get a person on the line we emailed. They responded and said, "Guaranteed by Christmas", that's it. We asked about them not picking up the phone, etc... no response. I started looking around and found all of your reviews as well as others from a few other sites. I will not trust this place with roughly $500.

Also, the phone number is the same one given for another company called Hudson Outerwear, selling clothing. Hopefully these guys don't screw up their whole business with this.

I don't even want to give this site 1 star. I've been trying to reach them for over a week with hours on a never ending ring for customer service. No answer to voice mails no answer to emails. Tracking number invalid.
