Customer Service

Warren assisted me when several other customer reps hung up on me when I was trying to get my refund request through email from a canceled reservation request. I needed the customer rep to check my email for correctness. When customer rep said my reservations had been canceled they hung up the phone not giving me the opportunity to explain my issue. If it wasn't for Warren I would have not gotten my problem resolve. A big thank you to Warren. Your organization is very lucky to have a professional such as Warren.

The representative failed to inform me of the NO local lodging policy at the time of me securing reservations. We needed to secure a room for the night due to home renovation which took our bathrooms out of commission. Luckily we were able to secure lodging at another hotel after explaining our situation. The hotel attendant at the Comfort Suites on Savannah Highway (Jamal) was extremely helpful.
This policy needs to be revealed at the time of making reservations to avoid the customers being stressed because of having an immediate need for lodging.
This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I booked a room for the night of 12/08/24 and you mistyped the date to 12/09/24 and I am still trying to get my $ back. Hotel refunded your Company so why wasn't I refunded?!

Buyer beware and book directly with hotel! Cannot get a refund for illness without a doctor's note. I said due to HIPPA, not required to disclose. They said HIPPA doesn't apply. If traveling to location in the winter and there is heavy snow and ice falling--that doesn't count either. Must have proof of road closings. :( If there is a death of an immediate family member, with proof of a death certificate and proof that you loved them (at the time of death), I believe you can get your money back, but short of that...good luck! Book direct with the hotel next time. Absolutely zero to be gained booking through this SCAM!
