All in all the app is easy to use. ..But there needs to be more info on details about redeeming Price freeze credits. I had many questions that were not answered by the FAQs and there is not a way to get a hold of a real person., believe me I tried.
Very happy to have been introduced to this app! It was very helpful and buying a cheaper airline ticket was a plus!!

I heard great things about how Hopper will let you know when prices drop and upcoming trends in pricing. I to the website and it had me send a link to my phone. I was thinking booking a flight through my phone might be kind of annoying but it was so easy and literally was done within 4 minutes. I was surprisingly impressed with how easy it is to use and how helpful it can be for booking flights! 5stars!
A colleague of mine recommended hopper to me so I used it to book my flights to Aruba. Hopper saved me so much money with their price freeze. There was a glitch with booking the price freeze that I froze but hopper was there to help and fix the issue right away. Their customer service was attentive and helpful right from the start and was able to refund the difference of my price freeze. I definitely recommend using hopper!!!!

Easy to find flight deals and use the app. Flights need better refundable options. I like the travel insurance feature.
I went on Hopper to book travel for a mission trip 5 months out. Got the cities and flights I needed. Decided to take advantage of the price freeze and hold off booking for a few days. I didn't see anywhere the the price freeze did not guarantee the flight would be available if I waited. And one of the connecting flights was not available. Since I'm traveling with a group and not in control of the schedule I had some stressful moments making sure I got to my destination.
My wife and I have used Hopper before for our personal travel and always found some great deals.
Next time I'll read the fine print.
Very easy to use, and price freeze feature makes booking travel a lot less stressful. Making the five dollar charge an optional tip is a great idea.
Did that part of the app disappear?!?! I've been updating my app hoping it was a mistake, with no return of my absolute favorite feature. Being able to watch for cheaper days throughout a two month period was the main reason I used this app. Please PLEASE bring it back.
This was my first experience using Hopper. I was extremely benefited by it. It's very easy to look up flights, to select flights, to compare flight prices and times and different airlines, and to even buy flights. The whole process was very friendly and easy to use, and the app design was very engaging and simple. I would recommend Hopper to any and all.
Hands down best app to get the best prices on all flights !! It actually monitors prices to let you know when it's the best time to buy !!!!

usually very helpful, but the app doesn't even open anymore. i'd like to think it's because of the high volume they're receiving since flights are dirt cheap at the moment due to the virus, but doubtful. also terrible customer service, you'll go on a wild goose chase trying to get a hold of somebody so MAKE SURE you check over every detail of your flight before you give them a dime because once it's in, it's in.
We ran into so many obstacles booking through traditional sites like travelocity and expedia. But then we tried Hopper and it was so fast, easy to use and transparent about pricing!

My family and I were trying to watch flights for a family trip we have been planning. We were bummed to find the flights over $349 per person round trip... I waited just as it suggested but was hesitant due to the pressure of getting everything booked for my family. Then, it happened... I received a notification but now!' When I checked, the flights that Hopper found were $149 per person round trip! Now we are able to use the extra money on shows, tours, and dining that we were unable to budget in before! So excited about this and have been sharing with everyone!
