File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
There is no number. When you go online and search the number they provide is a number for dish 888 333 3474.

HOPPER IS A SCAM. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BUT I NEVER DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY REFUSE TO REIMBURSE ME. I BEEN VICTIM OF THEIF. STAY AWAY FROM THISE SCAMMERS
You can't talk to anyone, they don't allow it. My husband was also stranded at an airport with no way of getting back and they didn't care. They didn't refund his money either.
Yes, Hopper charged me for a booking and did not work with the hotel. I'm out of $350. I'm on vacation with no where to sleep because all of the hotel are booked
Our trip to Dublin is June 1st. Same response here. Who is in charge of services like this? FCC? BBB? Will be writing to whomever will listen pretty soon.
