Only reason this is 1 star is because i had to check something to submit. It should be ZERO STARS.
We were called and told delivery would be 05/28/21 between 3p-7pm. We waited and WAITED, AND WAITED SOME MORE. At 8:30pm we called OUR HD and they looked it up showed we were 19th delivery and they were on #14. So we waited until 11pm. Nothing still. This morning we went to the store and they told us it wasn't on the truck and didn't make it to warehouse in time to get on the stop and now the new delivery date is June 9th. No thank you I want my stuff now like I was promised. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE delivery service. They won't give the name of delivery service nor can we even find out where the warehouse is to go get it ourself. The only reason we did delivery is because my husband has a broken hand. LIVID is an understatement. We had our old fridge moved out so now we don't have a fridge

I've used this company walking in for 20 years off and on. I ordered a portable A/c unit for a new office of mine in Texas (may/ 90 degrees). Ordered it on the 11th to be here by the 16th. Wasn't but had received email on the 13th that there was a delay. Finally after getting tired of the 90 degree office, I contacted them by phone(22nb). They hadn't done anything in the last week to correct their screw-up and better yet when they said they had 1600 of them they wouldn't send one to me rush order and get this! They required me to cancel my previous order (3-5 day refund) and would require me to pay them again to have it reordered! They wouldn't even do a credit to get it to me... Oh and did I mention not one time since it was late did attempt to contact me by phone or email! One would only assume that a decent company that cared about any kind of customer service would have another one already on the way once they had known there was an issue. The 'customer service representative' explained to me that I had to realize the number of orders that they dealt with daily... like that's going to make me feel any better or understand the burden that they must be going through@#$%^&.

They are very good and they let the price go down so so go there now and get there amazing price it was good

Homedepot is a clean place and nice pricing and nice employees they are really nice and say nice and always try to help
