Visited several websites and could not find what I was looking for. Visited HomeCinemaCenter and I was present with so many good options it was difficult to choose. I like being able to build my own bedroom set based on my needs. I just received my set after only 2 weeks and its is perfect.

Everything went very smoothly and I really appreciated all of the timely email updates from Kelly regarding the status of my order.The furniture is lovely and fits our room perfectly.

The only constructive feedback was when the delivery company called and spoke with my husband they told him it was ready for delivery the next day and he felt as through that was his only option.

We were able to make it work but it might be nicer to be offered a range of dates for delivery. But around the holidays I completely understand. Any they were amazing with the delivery. Highly professional, quick, and very polite.

Kathy helped me place my order and gave me great input and suggestions on other items that would work with what I purchased. She was very patient and has a great sense of humor that made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase. Very happy with my first purchase. It was a living room set. My kids love being able to cuddle with the entire family for movie night! We will certainly keep HCC in mind for future orders.

This is the first time making a purchase on furniture online and as it turn out to be a great experience. The only problem was that they should have contacted me about why the delivery was held up. But, if I had turned on the weather station, I would have noticed the hurricane blowing up the coast too. Kathy in customer support was great and she kept us informed about it and we received it the following week. Just 10 days to receive a sectional is amazing! I'll be honest, I don't often take the time to write positive reviews. It's usually when there's a major problem that I take the time to write one. But I have to share that I've had an excellent customer service experience from Homecinemacenter.com during my home renovation.

Since I gave a birth to my lovely baby-girl my husband and I don't really have time and strength to go out somewhere. But we both understand that it is also important to spend time together only two of us. So we found a solution for at HomeCinemaCenter. We ordered two comfortable theatre chairs and transformed our living room we cherish in a small cinema hall. So sometimes when our little daughter is taking a nap for an hour or so we can relax and watch some movie. The chairs are really very comfortable. The service is good, everything arrived in time and well-packed.

I placed a furniture order at the end of May and when I called on July 7,2023 for a status update after checking the website for a status, the gentleman who answered was completely unwilling to provide me any information, citing "company policy". He aggressively stated that "this is not a debate" and I am only able to receive information on the website (which, again, was offering no status on my order number whatsoever). As a small business owner myself, this is no way to conduct business. It's offensive to spend a significant amount of money, and the company be unwilling to provide any assistance. I will NEVER do business with them again, particularly since their products are not unique and can be purchased through many different vendors.

I've wrestled with the decision to buy office furniture for months. I ordered my desk from this company and it was delivered right to my office unpacked & set up.

I love my Magnolia Manor bedroom set. Its is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The local stores didn't have it, or were months out. I received this in just a couple weeks. I received excellent service from homecinemacenter.com. I must say that Jenny is just excellent to work with.

I ordered a parker house sectional from HomeCinemaCenter because I could save a couple hundred dollars and it came with free white glove delivery. Sofas and sectionals don't require much set up but the most valuable thing to me was that I didn't have to try to dispose of the packaging. Also, it was difficult to find my specific sectional anywhere other than a specific chain of furniture stores where I had an unsatisfactory experience. But HomeCinemaCenter had it!
