This Company is such a pain in the $#*! to deal with. Have been trying to get any type of information on my order and I have not had any luck with that. Every time I call it's the same guy telling me the same thing all the time. He says they are closed but will be open the next day. I call the next day and nothing. He has been doing this for 3 weeks now. SO ANNOYED!

I was trying to design my own movie room and found this site. Called in to customer service and they put together several package deals for my budget range. Everything from the screen, projector, seating, platforms, and all wiring so I could do this myself. I saved several thousand vs having a local design shop do this for me. A++ Experience.

Made an order, was told days later that the item was discontinued, called to talk with customer service and let's just say I will never ever be recommending this company, even to my worst enemy!
