I love the products and the prices as well. My twins start they first year of school this year (Aug. 16th) and I ordered them bookbag & school supplies. However, I just received the email that my order is being shipped out today but my son's bookbag will not be included in the order. The reason why is cause it stated that it was out of stock. Im pretty passed because NOW I would have to try to find him ANOTHER bookbag! He was absolutely inlove with the Mario mini bookbag. Why charge my card for the damn thing but NOT include it in my order? If it wasn't instock why was it even available? I simply don't understand. I'm not ecstatic about this $#*! at all!
Nice price, decent quality, except the aloe glass came broken into many pieces. I got cut badly opening the wrap too. Can't seem to find on their website how to refund. Oh well.

I ordered two digital downloads a week ago. Instead of emailing me the activation codes, they need to send them via USPS. As of right now it's been one week and it still hasn't shipped. 7-10 for it to even leave their facility is ridiculous for anything, let alone an envelope with information that could have easily been emailed to me.

Hollar has pretty good customer service, but sometimes they handle things differently depend on which person you deal with. But most of the time are pretty good.
However, the reason to give 3 stars is because it seems the ship out time always takes longer, sometimes has to wait several days to receive the ship out notice. I hope this can change it a way in the future.

I guess you get what you pay for. The items received from this company are very cheap and just junk. Don't waste your time and money your local dollar store has much better things. I should have known that the pictured items are descriptions were misleading.

I found this site a few months ago and order regularly. I am always pleased. Hollar bubble wraps everything really well and in all the eye shadows I've ordered only one came shattered. I contacted customer service and photographed the broken item. Customer Service refunded me without any problem. I love sh opping from this site.

I received my order in timely manner, but when I opened the mason glasses on stems, they were broken. The were to be a gift, now they are just "throw away" Very upset that I have to pay shipping and restocking fee when I received the goods broken..

Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition, thanks to great packing inside a really beat up box (yes, post office did it). Box included rather delicate plastics, glass bowls and two bottles of barbecue sauce. Thanks, Hollar!

Love shopping on Hollar. They have great deals and so many products to choose from. They even have brand named items. The best time to shop is when they have the dollar deals and other promotions. I go crazy shopping on Hollar! :)

Unfortunately I had to return the package that I ordered from Hollar without even opening it. I am sorry but this is some bull crap. The stuff they sale is crap and over priced. You can buy this same stuff at your local dollar store withOUT shipping fees. Heck you can up on Amazon. People stop wasting money and making others rich!

The photos do not actually repsresent what the product size is like IRL. Everything I ordered was either too big or too small so always make sure you read the size on the product description instead of going by the size of the product in the picture. They do a great job at making things look larger. Hollar.com kind of sucks, don't think i'll ever order from there again, would rather just go to my local dollar store for better quality items.

This company have the best customer service, super great deals but what have make more impression on me is how they care about us, the customers. I order some glass bowls, unfortunately arrived broken but they took good care of me and the response is so quick, they are amazing!

I ordered an extra item by accident and I will have to pay for shipping AND restocking fee for a $5 item.
The customer service rep agreed that all those fees will be more than $5.

The first time I bought from Hollar, after waiting a week past the delivery date, I received a damaged item. I contacted Hollar about this item and they said I would receive a refund within the next few days. Never received this refund, I had to File a Claim against them to get my money back.
Decided to try the site again, bought some school supplies for my son. Again, the shipment is late, but this time it states my address is un-deliverable. If I do not receive this package, I'll be filing another dispute to get my money back and never order from this site again.

I have placed 2 orders. Two in June and I have not received either. I received an email on both orders telling me they were shipped but when you go to the info. It says no info available and not delivered. I can not find telephone numbers or emails to contact them.

I have ordered a couple times from them and have never had an issue until last night. One of the movies I ordered wasn't in the box. I went to their contact area on the app and saw that I could leave a message on messenger. Cool! Eight after I hit send a message popped up that they were closed and would contact me when they opened. ( 1st off. It was great to know that they received message and 2nd that i didnt have to wait for an answer wondering why no one was messaging me back. Because they said they were closed) Right away this morning. 2 minutes before they open I received a message asking for more information to my problem. I was messaged that they would research it. Within 20 min I got another message that said my item was going to be shipped that day!
