Ordered multiple blazers, but 1 did not fit well & looked cheap. I wasn't seeking a refund, but they refused to exchange the item. These blazers aren't 100% tailor made, there's no measurements or digital scanning. Very poor customer service, would not recommend making the same mistake I did.
I ordered two shirts. One fit as expected, the other, a linen shirt, shrink an astonishing amount. The customer service people denied that the shrinking occurred and would not give me credit or remake the shirt. I'm glad that I just ordered the two as a test.
I ordered a suit for a wedding. While at the wedding, the trousers split down the side seam (see photo). I tried to carry on through the wedding but the split got progressively worse until I simply had to leave early out of utter embarrassment. I am deeply disappointed in the quality of the craftsmanship and in the lack of accountability on the part of the company.
To rectify the problem I was offered free tailoring/mending, however this would not only be a temporary fix to an already poor quality product, but it would also lead to other issues (i.e. One leg being tighter than the other). I was also offered a new set of trousers, but I would first have to send the old trousers back at my own expense.
I am tremendously disappointed. There is no way I would order from Hockerty again, nor would I ever recommend this business to anyone else.
They did not get it right the first time. But Sergio Molina, the sales person I worked with was a real pro. He patiently pushed my order through and made sure it was done right. What arrived could not have fit better. I could go on as I am that happy with them but I won't. As the old saying goes: A picture is worth a thousand words...
I've ordered bespoke garments in the past and unless done by a professional tailor, it is near impossible to get precise measurement without an actual in person fitting. So color me impressed. They feel like they are still making their way, working out the kinks, stitching their path to perfection. But in my experience they're honest and honorable. I've three more pairs in my wish list. I can't wait to order them.
Based on this experience, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Hockerty. Be sure to ask for Sergio Molina, he's awesome!
Basically, they will not stand by their products. I had some good experiences and was becoming a regular customer. Then, over ONE item that they would not stand behind our relationship is now over. I'm pretty sure the law requires them to offer a refund for sub par item, but whatever. They just want to bicker and fight and write 100s of emails (days apart). So, no more Hockerty for me. The hassle is not worth it.
This company is ridiculous. I ordered a shirt from them. Well over a month later it arrives from china. DHL wants more than the original cost of the shirt in unpaid shipping charges before they will deliver it. That's after I paid $15 for shipping.

I was hired to do alterations for Hockerty the quality and workmanship of suits are extremely poor. They do not pay their billls I would highly recommend you stay away from doing any sort of business with them
I recently purchased a Hockerty sport coat. The fabric looks worn & abraded. Theads hang loosely from the fabric. The breast pocket was not fully sewn. I am disgusted by this purchase. It is poorly made. The package it came in was more impressive than the purchase garment.

Terrible idea. Buying tailor-made clothing online is non-sense. Don't make the same mistake I and others did. The only good thing about Hockerty (ex-Tailor4Less) is their website. Don't buy from them. Their business should be illegal. They refuse to give back the money unlawfully, while their clothes are sold as "tailor-made" but in fact they aren't the right size, nor the right measurements. On their website they told me the expenses to fix the clothes were on them, before the purchase. After the purchase, only 25% is on them. False advertising is what this is.

After weeks of a fruitless email exchange with someone who grew more aggressive, patronizing and dismissal, I am still waiting for my bespoke suit... They decline responsibility for the courier service, but I understand that their service should be global and complete, and therefore a refund or another solution should have been provided... So far, nothing at all. I would recommend not to buy here.
I suppose it's mainly my fault for failing to do due diligence on this. Anyway for your benefit here goes: (1) the waistcoat I ordered was comically ill-fitting, (2) there are no refunds, (3) the material is coarse and stiff, (4) the customer service is tone deaf and (5) they'll try and force you into a replacement, making you pay to send back the garment they botched. Once they take your money, you're caught with no recourse.
As you can see from the photos, the waistcoat they made covers most of my zipper, covers half of my pockets, and falls all the way to my back pocket. One wonders why they bothered taking measurements. It would have fit better if they had standard off the rack sizes. The worst waistcoat I have ever received.
In no way does Hockerty deliver on its promise of convenience and quality. Terribly constructed clothes. A convoluted complaint resolution system, which seems designed to make you give up and take the loss of whatever you paid for their ill-fitting clothes. Don't throw your money away. Go to Indochino instead.
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. My suit came 4 weeks late and was not sized correctly at all. That in and of itself is bad, but the experience since then has been even worse. Can't talk to a human, can't navigate the website to file a "support ticket", only am being redirected in loops by bots with smiley faces.
Ordered a custom suit for an event and was delivered the cheapest quality items I've ever seen (velcro attachments and measurements 6+ inches off to the point I was wondering if I was delivered someone else's suit) and when going through the adjustment process was not given a solution to have it altered adequately or returned. All sales are final according to hockerty and their products are absolute trash. Save yourself some money and either go in person to a shop or order from Proper Cloth which has been the complete opposite experience. I'll never buy a thing on hockerty again.
Endless excuses, terrible customer service that's only on email. Terrible response when you do get one. I ordered a suit for my wedding in plenty of time and they still have not delivered it. Totally refuse to give me a refund. I have had to raise a dispute with my card company. Avoid them and save your money.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these guys. It is absolute garbage. If you could see it before you buy it you wouldn't want it at any price. That's why their is no way to return it. They know you paid 20x what it is worth.
Not only did they promise bespoke goods to my door in 21 days and fail miserably they never bothered to inform me of delays, ignored emails, have tried to avoid responsibility and lied along the way. I recommend that Canadians stay away from this business. Spend your money where they care about customers and treat you with the respect and care you deserve.
Ordered a suit which came on time, However they delivered in a fedex plastic bag without any protection. The whole suit overlooked with wrinkles you cant repair. I throw it direct in the trash. Will never order here again.
I ordered two suits requesting a Wide Peak Lapel using the standard drop down menu off of hockerty website. Something totally different came in. A suit lapel can not be changed. The company offered me 20% off on another suit and had the nerve to tell me to email them with more precise measurements. I used the basic menu off their site when it ask what type of lapels you want and what size.
Stay away from this company. The suits even came in totally off with the sizing and measurements with both suits fitting different and had the same material. Do not get your money stolen try a different site.
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
Answer: Because hockerty are thieves selling crap and if i am lying let them take me to court along with the thousands of other people that are being ripped off they use to be called Tailor4Less decided to change their name when complaints became to much spread the word they are crap
