Whatever you do avoid this this company - they refuse to stand by their product. The suit sizing will not be as expected then they will ask for pictures - then size measurements - then pictures again - anything and everything to draw out the process. They have your money that's all that matters. They'll draw it out for months until you finally give up. Avoid this scam - you can purchase a far superior suit right off the shelf and have a real tailor make the alterations for much cheaper. This company is a compete scam!

I had a really bad experience with Hockerty, I ordered different items. It took two months to arrive, one never really arrived. The other they just say: Well, it took a while but is not our fault, so here's your item...

Of course, they do not give money back, they have such poor customer service that they did not really care about the customer experience, they just say: "wait please"

Now I have a suite which I do not really need because I had to buy another one. So never rely on this kinda companies, I made a mistake in trusting them for my wedding,

So I lost money and time... Hockerty, thanks but no.

Too bad I can't rate 0 stars

I ordered 5 shirts. I got my measurements and added a half inch to each measurement to ensure a slightly bigger shirt in case I need to have adjustments made. When I received my shirts, every single shirt was wrong. The shoulders were all too small and every sleeve was too short. There is no phone number to call to talk with someone and their email communication is atrocious. No refunds and when they ask you to send back the shirts, THE CUSTOMER has to pay for shipping. They messed up my order but I have to pay to fix it? This company is a joke.

Not great

Chances are the fitment of your suit will not be great and require a lot of alterations. I ordered a linen suit and the cost of alterations to make it look respectable was more than the 25% of the original price (which is what the company promises to cover). I was lucky to be contacted by one of the co-owners who arranged covering the complete cost of alterations done by a local tailor, and my suit ended up looking great (thank you, Jonathan!). Still, I don't think I will ever go this route again. Attention to details did not quite meet my expectations - I found many stray threads. The quality of linen, even though some say all linen is the same, didn't seem great to me. Though the suit was made and shipped remarkably fast, packaging was not great - my suit was very tightly folded in a tiny package - and arrived unbelievably wrinkled, so I had to take it to professional cleaners.

I ordered a women's winter coat. After initially placing my order I wanted to change the the length - this was no problem and I received quick responses to my emails. Although the changes held up production the said item still arrived swiftly. Overall, the coat is better then I expected, it fits well. Time will tell on the quality of the fabric.

I want to convince anyone on this planet who is considering doing business with Hockerty that there are better ways to buy clothes. This is not a good company to deal with. I bought an overcoat and a suit and all three components had to be remade. The tailoring is sub-par, and even after Id gotten the revisions back, both the overcoat and suit jacket fit poorly and I will not subject myself to revisiting their customer satisfaction guarantee. Find someone with a tape measure, buy something off the rack, but do not make the mistake I did and think that the internet is the right avenue to take when purchasing custom made clothes. STAY AWAY
November 23, 2022

As soon as walked into tent that they tried to pass off as pants I had a sudden urge to sing hammer time. This wouldn't have been to bad had the jacket been long enough to reach my bellybutton.

Beware of their replacement policy. They will try to fleece you of more money if you ask for any changes.

Con artists

I received my £200 jacket yesterday, which turns out to be a 16 usd jacket made in China which is the cheapest material along with the worse tailoring I have ever seen, I look like a 5 year old wearing his dad's suit.

To top it off the Chinese had left the invoice to Hockertys in the box I received showing they are paying 16 usd for the crap I received (even they are being robbed to be fair) with half the buttons s hanging off and the other buttons the wrong way around.

I would strongly suggest noone buys from these con artists for any reason! And I will be fighting for a full refund as I have been completely ripped off by this joke of a company!

Hockerty Suade Shoes

I bought shoes from Hockerty that the online image appears made with higher quality material. When I went to return the item, Hockerty's service claims to provide custom tailored clothes per customer, in actuality they're simply asking for a shoes size. When you go to return an item they tell you its custom fitted for you and no one else. This is insulting the customer and a poor reflection of customer service. I'll gift the shoes I bought from you and take my business elsewhere. Never again!

Take your time with the measurements, double check. We spent about 40 minutes doing all the numbers and the suit we received fits very well. We didn't even need to take up the hem. We ordered a dark navy blue wool two piece suit and the quality is good. We started with the $299 option but will choose a more expensive option for the next one. The suit arrived in Australia in 12 days. The only criticism I could possibly make is the buttons are very ordinary. If you want a good suit, choose the wool and have someone help you measure.

I regret that I did not look at reviews prior to ordering a suit from this company. The fabric was extremely poor quality and the tailoring was shoddy. They refused to remake the suit in spite of the fact that they claim to guarantee satisfaction or they will remake it. My tailor just shook his head when I asked if he could do anything with the suit.

Buyer beware

Ordered a ‘premium' wool suit. Got a suit made of synthetic material. Very hard to raise this with Hockerty (actually, they only responded when I posted a poor review on trust-pilot). Got a few (scripted) platitudes. I sent Hockerty the photo of the wool fabric from their website and a photo of the rayon suit, which I had received. The two images were, of course, totally different. Clearly, there's been a mix-up in China, where the suits are made. Nevertheless, I asked them to confirm, on the record, their position that these photos showed the same fabric. All contact from Hockerty ceased immediately. So, I've got a crappy suit and they've got my money.

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered and paid for a pair of pants. They arrived from China and didn't come close to fitting me in any respect. When I try to log in they tell me they don't have an account for this address; whereas, I know I do. They sent me several emails at this address thanking me for the order and telling me when to expect it. When I try to set, up the account again they tell me there is already an account for this email. In sum, they take your money, send you defective goods and then make it impossible to request a return or refund.

Wonder if it's fraud

The whole suit is just a bad joke.
It came cramped in a plastic bag and of course was super wrinkly and i was pissed that i have to take it to the dry cleaner before i could wear it, but after trying it on i know i don't have to take it to the cleaner, the trash is where it belongs.
Bad quality fabric and stitches, bad cut bad everything.
My 20 year old 200€ h&m suit looks and feels better.
I know that they are stating no returns as it is "custom made" but i have to meet my lawyer next week anyway…

This is possibly the worst decision you could make when buying a suit. There are many other options don't be fooled by the pictures on the website and choose this one. My suit was absurdly large despite taking the measurements. The satin buttons, tuxedo stripe, and detail on the pants did not match the satin on the lapel and jacket pockets (black vs. grey). The cut was terrible and the quality was even worse. Might as well go to goodwill if you think this place is a good option.

If you think well if it goes wrong I can always work with them to send it back according to their policy. Sure you can but they are only going to alter the sizes and it will take 3 weeks. Don't even try to get a refund for your terrible looking suit. If you decide maybe it was just the style they are unable to make correctly, look forward to sending them more money on a hope and a prayer.

Avoid at all costs!

Suits are ok but customer service is terrible! I ordered a double breasted waistcoat which looked nothing like what it did on the online designer. I asked for a single breasted to be made and offered to pay half the cost of a new one and they told me to send pictures and refused to make a new one. I asked how much I had to pay for a new one and they just wrote back and said that the waistcoat was fine and they hope I understood. Nothing more frustrating than being disregarded. Do not use unless you are willing to pay for your local tailor to fix their mistakes.

Delivery delayed - no helpful resolution

Order placed 9 Apr with womens hockerty brand Sumissura and confirmed same day with 2 week estimated delivery time. 2.5 weeks later advised they had supply chain and logistics issues and my order was delayed with no revised delivery date. I requested cancellation and a refund as production had not yet started. This was denied despite no foreseeable delivery window over a month after my order was placed. Furthermore the reason for the delay would have been impacting them, thus known, when I placed the order - but instead of disclosing at the time they waited till my right to cancel in 24hrs had passed and intentionally vague about the status of my order. Customer service is condescending and lacks customer centricity. There is no customer complaints escalation process. The jurisdiction means that there are limited opportunities to access any consumer protections.

Never again. Made to measure shoes... not. Absolutely nowhere near the size I requested. I measured my feet accurately... have 5 pairs from other providers... all perfect 7s. These were at least a 9. They came a few weeks late. No refund available. Offered a voucher for 25% of the full price as reimbursement... or a remake. The remake takes a month. I work away from home, meaning that even if they do fit... it will have taken 6 months for me to wear the shoes from ordering them. Advise anyone you k ow not to use them. Glamorous advertising... p.ss poor delivery.

I tried buying a navy blue blazer. When it arrived it was royal blue, about 5 inches too long on the body and the buttons were completely misaligned. Oleksiy In customer service has been unwilling to help fix the solution so basically I'm stuck with a crappy jacket. This site is a scam
