I have complains about their delivery service, but everything was resolved so is not a big deal. The clothes are good quality, but bigger size, so you need to take one size smaller than normal.
H&M is one of my favourite shopping outlets just like Forever 21. I love their collection, quality and pricing! Another store I would totally recommend stopping by if you love to shop and save along!

Like I ordered a 1000 rupees shirt and they gave me a 300 rupees underwear …. It has been 30 days now and I don't receive my refund

I placed an order on 11/27 for a birthday present i need by 12/11. It stated i would receive the items no later than 12/6. I did not pay for rush shipping since it stated that. Here it is 12/7 and no package, not even shipped yet! IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone who basically said too bad your order will ship when it ships, i have placed 10 orders with others companies after this date and i have all of the items already. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE... will never buy anything from here again, not even a coupon or anything, i even offered to pay for overnight shipping
I am so irritated with them at this point. I ordered 3 items on the 11th of April. My parts didn't ship until the 20th. Which was fine. I understand that covid shipment dates are taking longer. When I saw the confirmation shipment I noticed they had my address missing my unit number. I checked my original order and the unit number was there, so I don't know what went wrong on their end. My package finally got to my city but was taken back to the post office because my address was wrong. When I went to pick it up, my parcel had already been returned to sender. I contacted H&M and they said they couldn't return the order back to me, that I could only have a refund at this point. They said I have to wait until my shipment gets back to their warehouse and then wait 4-5 more days for my refund. I'm honestly so irritated with them at this point. This is the very reason why I hate online shopping.
To begin with don't expect to find any place to sit down and rest u r weary legs or no sensitivity for elderly or small children or expecting mothers. No place to sit. Period. And if you are looking at what to do the guards (though they behave as special ops crack commandos) give you stern look and equally stern behaviour. Why should one shop here is the first thing that comes to mind. And H&M should think the same. Many international brands have come and gone and the reason is that along with their products and services they bring their arrogance. Which can be seen in ample quantities at H&M. Shop here only if you die for this brand. And oh btw Ajeet Mishra the store manager at H&M Vasant Kunj DLF Promenade Mall couldn't even care to come and discuss with me the issue.
When we return the product they don't give refunds.they say that it will take 30 days for the process.bt in my case it been 60 days and still i didn't get any refund.Really disappointed
I ordered an item on 13 Oct it never arrived after several emails to them with no response finally they responded and said they would refund me which is fine things get lost no big deal. Problem is I'M STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!
Ordered 2 hybrid jean joggers in 3xl, true pant size is maybe 46-50 waist. Ordered 2xl because im 42w and the 2xl true fit is 36-40w. Very cool glad i ordered 4 2xls...
Overall fit is nice, a little on the baggier side but comfy. If you plan on wearing these regularly and are a big person, the crotch area material can use some upgrading to last longer

Living close to the beach requires more bikinis. I love shopping online for bikinis because it's so convenient. H&M is one of my favorites, because their sizing is just perfect for me (I'm quite small and it's not easy to find stores that has my size). I always get the smallest size, but H&M offers sizes from 34-50. This set is available in 5 colors (light blue, bright red, black, khaki green, and white). The pricing is reasonable for the quality and durability of their swimsuits. Their bikini tops' standard pricing is PHP 899, and the bikini bottoms PHP 599. I have H&M swimsuits I have been using for about 3 years and they're still in good condition.

I have always loved and ordered from H&M quite frequently and would consider myself a loyal customer. However, recently my packages keep getting lost when they are "transferred over to the local post office" for whatever reason. It's starting to really annoy me because I've spoken to customer service twice now in regards to the refund for the first package... still waiting for the refund and now the second package hasn't hit the "14 day delivery policy" yet so can't request a refund on that yet either. The annoyance for me is that i ACTUALLY WANT THE STUFF I'M PURCHASING... but how am i actually supposed to get the items if they keep getting lost? I never used to a have any issues ordering from them in the past and love their clothing, but will have to stop ordering from them since i do a lot of my shopping online through them. HIGHLY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED.

Disappointed. They cancelled the ordered when it was in my hometown. I was waiting for that product for 3 days and what the delivery agent did was they cancelled the product. They might have thought my area was far away. But actually it takes 10 min to reach my home from delivery service. They cancelled my product and i couldnot gift it to my sister for bhai dhuij... really disappointed by the delivery agent. Please do take care of the agent coz i m really disappointed as they were the one that cancelled my order.

Ordered two pairs of pants. Received the wrong order. They wouldn't send me the correct order until they received the wrong order backwhich they didn't even know what it was they sent! After an hour and a half listening to terrible hold music, I had to pay twice for something I hadn't received once.
Online shop are impossible, they never send the stuff in time, maybe if you are lucky after 2/3weeks, the customer are nice but not helpfully, always says the same thing you will riceved the item this week, we have a lot of order for this is to slowly the process but you will not riceved that week. But if you don t pay in time they will send you a bill with more money to pay. Ok so if you have an event don t order with h&m you will never riceved in time the stuff or if you have babys the same, they will grow up before you will riceved the clothing. Stay away! Impossible online shop.
Really bad services on delivery I ordered sneakers and tshirt 23 days ago and i just got a delivery confirmation today and it says it will take atleast 13 more days to delivered and on the website it ws 6 to 7 day even after Covid -19 delays. Plz never get anything online from them. I will try to find other platforms as well to inform ever1 too

I placed an order on November 28 (Cyber Monday) and this is when my credit card was charged. As of Dec 7, still no order, order confirmation number or tracking number. I called Customer Service on Sunday (Dec 4) and after an hour on the phone was told that my order would be shipped on Dec 5 and that I'd get a confirmation e-mail and number. Today is Dec 7 and the H&M website shows my order was shipped on Dec 5, but when I click on tracking order, the UPS site shown invalid tracking order. I tried to call Customer Service number and the line has been disconnected.
I rarely complain about retails that I shop at and love their clothes... HOWEVER... I recently ordered ONE sweater at the beginning of DECEMBER and it's said to be here on the 10th and it's the 16th! Where the heck is my order!? It's a Christmas gift and if I don't get it this week, then I suggest you don't have online $#*!! Sorry not sorry.
I tried buying online only to have my perfectly functioning card declined and to make it worst the money was removed from my account. I called them up and was transferred to a supervisor after the initial rep acted all clueless, only to have the supervisor shouting at me saying I'm going to have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I just don't get it how did they decline the card yet took the money what was the money taken for and they claimed your card is not debited until the items are being shipped. FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS!
