Trouble checking out. Site kept rejecting my CC. Then was give a code to use that didn't work and with all the reentering of my CC (same card) somehow the Dress Bag that I wanted was removed from my order. So it seemed a little messy and now that I've spent so much time on here including writing this review I'm not about to go back in and order that dress bag, oh no lol but I do like the site and the dresses look nice this is my first purchase I'm looking forward to getting my dress.
This company is a scam. They attempt to replicate dresses using cheap fabric. The dresses are made sloppy. They don't look anything like the ripped off photos. Getting a refund is next to impossible. They want to give me a coupon to purchase another cheap dress from their website. They also want to charge me a restocking fee for returning my item, which isn't stated in their return policy. It is not worth the hassle.
The package arrived earlier which was great. My arms and bust was a little too big so i'm getting it tailored. I would consider buying though.

Tons of reviewers warn about falling for the low prices and being disappointed in their order. The negative reviews made me nervous to buy my wedding dress. HOWEVER, I had a great experience and I have some tips to make sure you do too. 1) Email customer service asking for a photo of the actual item you want to buy. It will look different from the photo on their site. I emailed 3 times over several weeks and I was okay with each dress they showed me. 2) Be very specific in your order about what you want. Every photo they sent of my dress was slightly different, so I specified exactly what I wanted. They did a decent job of following my instructions. I'm very picky, but I was satisfied with what I got. 3) Order early. It took about 1 month for me to get my item after I ordered. Overall, I love my dress and I am SO happy to not have paid thousands of dollars for it!

The dress I bought was beautiful and exactly what I wanted for the price. Just be sure to realize that you get what you pay for, and save a little in your budget for any alterations you may need to make. The quality of the dress was not great and there were many flaws that a seamstress had to fix by hand. But for the price of the dress I was still able to stay within my budget.

I love my dress! I kept my expectations low with the dress bc I wasn't sure how close to the stock photo it would be but it looks great. If you're picky with dresses then maybe this isn't for you, it was a little bit tight on the very tops of my arms, but I would definitely look at the sizing chart bc the dresses run small (normally I'm a size 8 and I had to order a size 12) it fits great I only need to get it hemmed tailoring wise. Also order it early bc mine took about a month to get.
Very responsive! There’s a time zone difference so I’d have to wait 24hrs for a response but they were always quick to respond to me

Everything came in with the quality but it would be nice to have a more date specific delivery tracker as to when it should arrive so I'm not just guessing and hoping it didn't get lost
I saw a sponsored ad on instagram and liked the low prices and wide variety
I sent an email the day after I received it asking for a return because the bust size was much too small than they show. They will not accept a return. This is their offer- "We can offer you a one-time-use coupon valued 70% off the old item's price or any other purchase on our website without returning the old item." I do not want this dress or any other from them. Now I have to sell it for less than what I paid on social media. "Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us." …NOT TRUE!

It would be wonderful if more users posted pictures of their purchases once they received them! But even so, I am looking forward to receiving my dress and seeing how it fits.
I got everything shipped pretty quickly and the material of the dress was good for the cost, but I would not do custom sizing again. I measured myself exactly and had said to add 3 inches to height for heels. Well, even without shoes on you can see my feet. Disappointed.

From the start the whole process of ordering was simple. Only 4 weeks to complete delivery which I think is very fair. I emailed them in between and was answered very quickly. Gown was made nice. If I need to return, I hope that will not be difficult. We will see. But Im sure it is going to go well.

The models looked realistic in their dresses. I liked that they also put pictures of MOB that sent them in for other to see.
Easy to order and prices are very reasonable for the Quality of the gowns.
Ease and navigation of the website is solid. The dress arrived earlier than expected, which is very nice. The quality of the material is pretty good. My only concerns are the color is not what I expected, the strong factory smell is a bit of a turnoff, and the dress came wrinkled due to how it was shipped. (In a bag not boxed or folded sealed in an airtight type of bag.)

For my wedding, which unfortunately - I'm not sure this dress will be the one that I end up wearing.
I am pretty small so it doesn't shock me the dress did not fit. The dress also had a thicker material than expected and the color was not as bright as in the picture. If it fit me I probably would keep it because it is overall a very pretty dress. The back was my favorite part. Shipping also came fast.

Easy to order. Prompt response and delivery. Well packed. Good Quality sewing. Hard to tell from the pictures how see through the fabric is and no close ups to show more clearly. On the right person this would be a lovely dress.

We started shopping the malls and after a few trips we decided to take the chance and order. So happy we did. I wish we could see the dresses online in all the colors available not just the swatch. It would make the shopping experience easier but the color we picked was perfect.
In her head she wanted a specific dress and the only place that had her dress was here. We went to bridal stores and malls and this Hebeos had the perfect dress at the price I wanted to pay.
Because it’s what she wanted and the price was right. We ordered early enough that if things didn’t come out right we had enough time for Plan B. Thankfully we didn’t need it bc the dress was perfect

The shipping on the order was pretty true to what the site stated. If you are needing it quicker, there's an option. The dress came packaged inside out which I appreciated. I was a little scared because the company uses a courier called LaserShip and I was SCARED my dress wouldn't arrive. I had a very good experience, so far

Getting married
We received our dress 2 day prior to the date on the tracking order which we were pleased with. We were getting concerned about getting the dress on time so I contacted HEBIOS via e-mail and they got back to me stating they would get the dress shipped out right away. The quality of the dress is great, and it fit exactly as needed. We used the measurements proved to order the correct size. The color is gorgeous and we are overall very pleased with this purchase.

The dress was beautifully made however didn't fit my body so well. Shipping was great, packaged with care and customer service was very good problem solved with courtesy and in a timely manner.

Great dress, surprising, good quality. Very quick shipping! Only negative is that I followed measurement instructions and paid extra for the customization and waist is way too big so going to have to spend a good bit on alterations so stick with the standard size and don't pay for the customization.
Hebeos we're fine to deal with, but the product I received, made to my measurements, was disappointing on arrival. It didn't fit well at all. The fabric, though comfortable, felt cheap. The alterations required to fix it were going to be more than the dress cost. I opted not to use it and found a better quality dress elsewhere for only $100 more.

The dresses I ordered arrived way quicker than the estimated shipping time. Came clean and packaged neatly, not smelly or with any issues. The dress didn't fit me personally to my expectations but it isn't bad quality and I'm sure it'll look perfect on someone else.
