My first purchase was great, though the dress was slightly bigger than measurements online. I ordered a second dress for my reception and it was way too small in the bodice area (again not to measurements online). I notified the company and they said they'll give me a good discount if I purchased another dress and kept the dress that was too small. Since shipping to China is expensive, I took the offer. I ordered my 3rd dress because I fell in love with the bodice of the dress and I ordered it custom made so the measurements would be right. I was horrified when I received my 3rd dress. The bodice has yellow and pink flowers which wasn't on the online dress and has no sparkle like the online dress. I emailed the company and they're offering a 15% discount. I've now spent hundreds of dollars with this company and they offer a 15% discount for sending me the wrong dress? I'm so frustrated and upset that the company wouldn't send me the correct item. My wedding is in 4 months and now I'm stressed out and hundreds of dollars in the hole. The whole purpose of ordering from this company is to save money.

The full experience was great! I had put in the wrong address at first, and I didn't realize until they shipped it off! They were super kind and QUICK they changed the address immediately and I was able to get my beautiful dress! It was even cuter than expected!

Dress was mailed a color that was not shown in the photo and its got a long train that isnt shown in the photo they are promoting. Also, customer service sucks and they dont send you a return label and they want you to mail the dress back to China?! They are wrong on so many levels!

I received the dress. It did not fit me well and I wanted to return it. When I contacted customer service within a lot of time that they have been horrible to work with. They are not sending me the return label and refuse to discuss how to return but are trying to make me keep it. We've been going back and forth in email in circles. They refuse to refund me any of the money, although I have not worn or use this dress at all. Do NOT buy anything from this company!
