If this could've been given zero stars, I definitely would've given zero. I would suggest never buying anything ever again. Tried contacting anywhere. I looked website was nowhere to be found.

I never got my order just took my money and didn't receive anything

The purchase was easy and the dress finally arrived. However, the site was down the entire month and the service email came back undeliverable. We received no follow-up information nor a shipping confirmation. I wass honestly surprised the dress even came. So far it looks fine, we'll see once she tries it on.

I ordered the dress, I tried to reach out to customer service three times for a return label, the email address bounced back, their website is not working, the dress isn't like what we ordered, there is a little spot on it, and I am not happy that I can't get ahold of anyone to make sure I can return it within their 14 day return policy. The dress came with nothing in the back, no way to send it back. I can't reach anyone.

I've ordered two dresses for myself whoch inspired my mom to order the same dress for herself just this year! It has been consistent and beautiful every time and the customizations are a special touch!

I was a little skeptical with the price being so cheap but I'll be honest my dress over exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love it! It's beautiful, and for true to size!

I could not find my tracking for my dress and I couldn't get on the site at all but then when I received my dress it was exactly as I needed.

Dress came within the timeframe as promised and the dress looked like the photo.

This is the second time I have purchased a wedding dress for one of my daughters and I am as thrilled with the finished product as I was the first time! High quality fabrics, well sewn, fits her perfectly! Thank you so much! I do recommend your services every time my friend's daughter's get engaged

I ordered this dress to arrive while my daughter was in town so she could try it on... it hasn't came and she leaves tomorrow... not happy

The dress looks is beautiful, but the size run extra small. I ordered 3 dress for a party in January, we will not be able to wear them. I don't know how to get it returned

Easy to search and there are many options. Found exactly what i was looking for.

My ordered got canceled for some reason and never got contacted about it until a month later I contacted them to get a status of my order and that is when I was told my order got canceled

I need to send my dress back wrong size n yall don't want let me send back for a bigger size I will never purchase from yall again I paid 344 for a wedding dress n I got the wrong size

They told that they would email me when the order would be ready and shipped never got a notice when I sent an email to them to ask what happened that's when the order arrived that day and one of the order had a different color I clearly chose jut like the picture and they sent me a pink grown I was shocked because the color on the picture was not pink the other grown was perfect that's why I give a four star

Disappointed for the first time. Poor quality material. What I ordered versus what I received.

My overall experience was good however, they did change the design on one of the dresses giving it a mesh backing instead of a fully cover back with fabric. Will have to get that fixed. Other than that, the gowns I ordered are beautiful and I cannot wait to wear them.

The company stole my money and did not deliver the dress I purchased.

Crappy customer service around getting a refund, and make it way too complicated to return. Terrible experience.
