I bought a dress online paid nearly $400 for it. It doesn't fit, the fabric is very low quality and when I tried to return it, they gave me every excuse possible not to give me my money back. I followed the guidelines of the sizing and they said too bad I chose the wrong size so they're not giving me my money back. I actually chose a size bigger so I can alter it it's still didn't fit. This company is rubbish do not buy from this company.

Tina is the most horrible customer service representative I have ever ever contacted in my life. She made me feel like I did something wrong by ordering the address it did not come as it's shown in the pictures I wanted a full refund and she discussed that she could only give me 15% of my money, I felt misled ripped off. I will never ever order anything from this company again and I suggest you don't either.

Customer service is very poor they will not give you your full refund back. I did not wear the dress. It was horrible. Once I opened up the package it was discolored was not white. It was a purpleish white and I explained this to the customer service rep Tina and, I did not get my moneybag. They are a rip off company and I suggest do not purchase any dresses from them.

It is made for some way taller than myself. Torso is extremely long. Measurements are off as well. Runs smaller that stayed on size guide. Wanted to return buy apparently it's not going to happen. Was informed I could get it altered like I did t know. But why would I pay an additional double price for that. Won't purchased again and will be sharing with friends not to.

Not happy. It said you could return prior to my order and now there are saying everything but yes you may return it.

If I could give no stars I would. I orders a dress top of it to small bottom to large. Dress is not made well. Spoke with a representative via email for three days. They asked me to send photos. I did…after that the sent me an email stating that they would give me 13% back and I should see a Taylor for a dress that just is not going to fit.

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding and I personally felt that the material was low quality and I did not like the way the dress looked on me. Hebeos makes you jump through hoops to simply return an unused item! I could not believe how difficult this process was, especially for a company that is not well known. Customer service is a main key to gaining loyal customers and they scored a 0 with customer service.

Hebeos made it incredibly difficult to simply return an unused item. It is natural to shop online and then not like how the article of clothing looks on your body in person. They do not want you to return items and make it nearly impossible to return.

Sorry but not sorry the dress is hideous with those big bra pads just sitting there that you can clearly see thru the sheer part of the dress. They will need to be removed. Lace has many holes in it, split is just above the knee not on the thigh and the sheer is brown not flesh tone so for my complexion it looks like I have on concealer three shades too light.

I followed the instructions for measuring myself and chose the option on the size chart that best fit my measurements. The dress is way too big in the bust, too long in the torso, to long in overall length and too tight in the waist. I'm not sure what body types this company is following but it's definitely not mine. I bought this dress for my cousin's wedding, 5 other dresses were purchased for the same wedding and none of them fit.

Don't know yet, we're still working on it.

The "mother of the Bride" dress I ordered came in a different size and wasn't properly described in detail; the Hebeos photo didn't show clearly the poor material it is made of, although I expected an average item. The material is like that of a cheap pleated(the top) curtain. Altogether it is very bulky and with a terrible inlaid bra. A fancy dress detail! Sort of starWars. I had to ask a dressmaker to make it much smaller but I won't wear for the big occasion. Extra expenses beside the fact that the delivery is already very expensive. When getting to E.Union you are asked to pay extras for the import. But it wasn't specified when I paid. The parcel is delivered without a bill so tracing back documents is very difficult.

No communication after I ordered the dress. After several attempts to contact them they sent me an email with information on how to track my order. Included in that email was my User ID and Password. When I went in to track it, the dress had not even been mailed. This is a joke and they breached confidentiality. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau.

They did not address any of my concerns.

I received a dress that is not what I ordered. I followed the return then received an email stating that I had to send in pictures of a clear bag with stickers, a picture of what the issue is, and a picture of original shipping label. I did this. The next email I received said that they will offer me a 70% coupon and that the sizing is different however I never stated anything about the dress not fitting I stated the dress is not the dress I ordered it did not look anything like the picture. The beading is too large and isn't the dress I ordered. I have attached photos.

Hebeos return policy says that if you get the wrong color dress it will be fully refunded. Not true. After going back and forth with them I received a refund of $42 for a dress that I paid $169 for. The customer service representative was extremely rude and argumentative. I asked to speak to their supervisor, they refused. There was no phone number to contact them. The sleeves on the dress I received were also different from the dress I ordered. I will never buy anything from them again & would not recommend anyone else buy from them either!

Eller så betalar de mig femton procent av beloppet för klänningen och inget annat. När jag vägrade erbjöd de trettio procent återbetalning. Jag vill varna alla för detta bedrägliga företag, de stjäl och lurar kunder. Råd: Gå inte i fällan av detta bluffföretag

I ordered because I was recommended here. I should've went to the actual store. Cs the dress color is totally different. This is why they cheap. What i ordered vs what I got! I would never purchase or recommend. Followed YouTube measurements.this is a joke

I ordered two wedding dresses from this company one was fine, the other not so much. I reached out to the company with side by side pics of what I ordered vs wht i received. They offered me 10% off a new dress. Wow. I responded that was insulating and they upped it to 20%. I can't help but laugh or I will cry.

The dress was not the color shown, the top of the dress appears nude on the website but was more brown in real life. They would not accept the dress as a return stating " you need to understand……" buyer beware there is NO satisfaction guarantee as stated on their website

Dresses arrived 2 weeks late, prom was over. Shipping box was totally flattened, taped and packed very poorly. Requested a refund and return label, customer service said NO, no questions asked... DO NOT BUY, horrible service.

Hebos is a terrible plane to order from. They are online only and when you try to return their poorly made knock-offs, they will only give you a very small percentage of refund with you paying $36 in return shipping. You lose money if you return to them! Worst website/company ever!

I ordered my elopement dress from this site. I purchased the dress is white. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was actually purple! The dress isn't even offered in purple. I immediately sent pictures of the dress, along with the blood stains on it…and they offered me an 8% discount but refused to allow me to return it even though I was well in the return window. They informed me that my iPhone screen made the color on the website appear differently but regardless, I ordered a white dress and did not receive a white dress. They informed me that they can't resell my dress so I can't return it. Yet they're dismissing the fact that it's not only the wrong color, it's got stains on it. They have been extremely unhelpful, unaccountable and I would NEVER purchase from here again. If you're looking for a reasonably priced elopement/wedding dress, DO NOT SHOP HERE

Placed the order on April 18. It was delivered May 2 and I immediately tried it on. Unfortunately it did not fit. I filled out the contact request the very next day...and had not heard back. I filled out the return card a second time and a third time, knowing I had a short window for returns. It wasnt until May 9 that someone finally replied to tell me that my purchase was not eligible for a refund (despite the refund policy stating we had 7 days to file a return). It has been a terrible experience.

It has taken 8 days for someone to reply and I was told the product I ordered was not able to be returned, despite the return policy.

I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone! Their customer care team wasn't helpful at all (I talked to two different women). I wasn't able to return the $#*!ty product because I refused to go out of my way to send pics of why I didn't want it. It shouldn't matter why...I'm not going to pay shipping fees and cleaning fees when I tried to return it within 14 days as requested. What a waste of time and money going through this company for a bridesmaid dress that not only didn't fit, but wasn't what the bride wanted... hence wanting a refund. I'd give them zero stars if I could...

I ordered a wedding dress from them and they say they take returns on non custom gowns on the website. They DO NOT DISCLOSE anywhere on the website that you are responsible to pay for a return to CHINA! It cost me $44.75 US dollars to wait a month to get my money back. This is totally deceptive and I am letting Paypal know this

They tried to talk me out of returning the dress and wanted to charge me 15% for cleaning when I received it the same day I asked for a return

The dress was completely the wrong style. Customer service is no help. I feel like I'm emailing back and forth with people who can't read English.
