Do not trust anything they say on their website because the truth is the exact opposite. If you like the dress, it's great. But if you need to return it for any reasons, you're $#*! out of luck! First they tell you to take it to the seamstress to adjust the dress to fit your body type. Then they go back and forth with other BS reasonings why they can't take it back. Then finally they'll say "fine, you can return it but we'll take 30% from the original price for restocking fee but you'll also have to pay for return shipping to CHINA which is very expensive." This company doesn't even deserve a half a star. HORRIBLE!
Dont buy from this company. Nothing more than a scam. They send u a cheap knock off, nothing like the advertised dress and will not honor the 7 day refund policy. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Worst company ever.

If you are thinking about purchasing from this company don't. They have horrible customer service and the won't accept returns. I ordered a dress from them and it's too small. They have different people email you. One person asked if I could find a tailor to fix the dress. The policy says custom dresses can't be returned, which I understand but I ordered a regular size dress. I don't understand why they won't let me return it. They are a complete fraud and scam.
I ordered custom measurements, and when i received it they were severely off, by 4 inches at the waist. 3 inches at the hem, and 1 inch at the bust. I would have had to spend another $300 on alterations. Then, when I tried to return it, was offered 10% refund, then a 20% refund. I finally disputed the charge with PayPal, and they offered me 70% back, if I spent another $30 to return it to them. 'Easy returns' is not true. This return process has been difficult. Still currently fighting their return offers

When you try to return, they will go back and forth with you about how you "ordered the wrong size". This is what happens when you ordered from these types of sites. I ordered a dress mid March for a wedding paid extra to expedite shipping never heard from them after several inquiries they they sent me a tracking number 4/20/21 that said it arrived 4/5/2021. I have not received the item and I did not get a refund they asked me to take it up with fedex. Terrible terrible company and customer service.

It is made for some way taller than myself. Torso is extremely long. Measurements are off as well. Runs smaller that stayed on size guide. Wanted to return buy apparently it's not going to happen. If I could leave 0 stars as a rating I would. We ordered bridesmaid dresses from this company and they came in cheap fabric with something on the backs that feels like shoulder pads. The breast area is so large I could fit two of myself in it. I reached out to customer service the day after receiving the dress with my concerns and the only answer they can offer is a 10% refund which is nothing compared to what I would pay someone to basically remake the entire top half of the dress. Very disappointed and will not be buying again. BUYERS BEWARE!

After receiving a damaged parcel with a dress that had dirty marks on and no labels screwed up into the smallest package items missing from my order and asking three times for a returns address they are not providing me with one. I have jumped through their hoops sent photos and my order numbers only to be told they see nothing wrong and hope I keep the dress! The shoes ordered were wrong in colour they are yellow not gold the box damaged no delivery note inside the parcel either and the returns address on the label is no valid of which they admitted themselves. Was lead to believe this was a UK company and yet the emails I am getting are from China. No apology no offer of refund and no returns address having to go through the credit card company to obtain my refund and now stuck with a parcel I don't want.
They shipped it after my expected receipt time and it came straight from China, but they did respond on email nightly and offered some discounting to make it ok. I had paid extra for expedited shipping. The dress quality was decent, not bad and it fit exactly as their size guide.
Hebos customer service is a joke. They only communicate via email and each time you email, you get a new person to deal with. They do NOT customize and make a dress for YOU. I received a dress that was 3 sizes bigger than we ordered, trying to return it is a NIGHTMARE. I have been offered 10%, 30% and 80% refunds when I have returned 100% of the dress and paid for shipping both ways. Please pause and read all of the other unsatisfied customer reviews before purchasing from Hebos. They will hold your money hostage and returns are a nightmare!
Don't shop in this website, no matter how pinched your budget is or how nice the dress is. You can find the same dresses on other sites. Even if their information is off they will tell you that you can't return it. They offered me a return option, then rescinded it with a policy that is not available on their site. It took three messages for them to respond to my request for a refund. Then they repeatedly asked for more information to stall time. Their are other places with excellent customer service.
Do not buy from this site unless you are 100% sure you want the dress! NO MATTER WHAT they will not accept the return. The absolute most they'll offer is a 20% refund. Absolutely ridiculous and a total SCAM! The dress didn't cover my chest like it did in the photo and I gave them a photo to prove it and they told me to go spend more $$$$ at a tailor!

Hebeos return policy says that if you get the wrong color dress it will be fully refunded. Not true. After going back and forth with them I received a refund of $42 for a dress that I paid $169 for. The customer service representative was extremely rude and argumentative. I asked to speak to their supervisor, they refused. There was no phone number to contact them. The sleeves on the dress I received were also different from the dress I ordered. I will never buy anything from them again & would not recommend anyone else buy from them either!
I order an dress from about an month ago only for it to arrive with ink outlining the dress. Bottom line it took this company over an week to respond, had to send pic of dress, just for them to say we can offer 10% off dress and please dry clean which 10% does not even cover the dry cleaning bill.
