I recently ordered my daughter's flower girl dress from this company. They sent me a dress that had blue ink all over the satin in the back. The bow was also broken in the back. I immediately contacted them and sent pictures. They told me to wash it off with hot water. Of course that did not work. I had approximately 12 emails back-and-forth of them fighting with me and not offering to exchange or return. They offered me a 10% discount on a new dress and no money back for the old dress. Their comments and emails to me were rude and snarky meanwhile my daughter is in tears and my wedding is quickly approaching. This was supposed to be a fun experience for her and I and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They still will not make this right and I just don't know what to do. I cannot afford to buy her a whole new dress. I keep trying to add pictures of the dress but for some reason they are not uploading will try again soon.

They asked for pictures and measurements. Once I provided photos and measurements they said I had to pay return fee and 30% of dress price to them for re- stocking fee. To much cleavage showing 4 my daughter school on March 31 asked 4 return emailed back they said ok with 15% restock fee ok fair enough have emailed them 4 days now in a row for the paperwork and return address never heard from the company.
I purchased 2 dresses from this site. They arrived fairly quickly and the quality of the dresses was fair. However, the sizing was not good and the style didn't work for me. I promptly contacted the company the day, I received them and it has been a circus. You communicate with multiple people and they are resistant to returns. They are now asking me to keep the dresses because they are made to order. They have offered to refund 8% of my purchase. There is a restocking and inspection fee, shipping cost…. Don't take the risk! Save your money and your time.

We ordered the custom size and it fits her perfectly. No shoes on in the picture. It came folded in a bag so its wrinkled. I will buy a steamer to fix that. It took 2 or 3 weeks for delivery. We are happy with the quality of the material. There is a lining and netting to make it puffy. The sewing quality if very good. It even has a built in bra.
They cant keep getting away with this! This scam site needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, to Google and to Microsoft! Also report them to Instagram and any of their other social media accounts. They are a shameful fake company that preys on women and mothers looking to buy their daughters one of the most important items of their teenage lives. They state easy returns. Not true- read between the lines. They list every reason that they will not take a return which is pretty much everything. I got a wedding dress with one of the straps not sewn on and parts of the stitching coming apart. They keep offering me discounts to keep it (10 now 15%) but then said OR I could return and pay to ship it back to China. Seriously? If you have ever tried that its a nightmare. Item usually gets help up in customs and gets shipped back to you after you have now paid for the item plus $30 to return it and you will be out the $$ for the dress plus the shipping. Horrible company- buy from a US based business.

I'm still waiting for my dress, weeks after it was supposed to be here. My event is in 6 days, when I contact them, they're rude and tell me and different thing every time I talk to some one new. One says it shipped but no tracking yet. Website still says "under construction". Another person just said "be patient". They don't care about you getting your order, once they have you money they don't care.

The material did not come in satin as specified on the website, and it was too big. They would not send me a label so that i could return it nor give me a refund which I asked for within the 7 days. Upon contacting customer service for a refund they only offered 20% of the dress price, which would have been only $20.00. I do not recommend purchasing any item from this place. You know how hard it is to find a dress where you are not half naked? Very. We thought this dress was gorgeous. I ordered swatches to get the perfect colour- Cabernet. I also measured based on their chart to fit my sister. I did my part and this is what I got. It's not even close to the picture. I'm warning you as their return policy is a scam. They do not accept returns. They offered me an insulting 10% refund then 30% and I fought for 50% but got 40% back. They told me a could alter it sell it or donate it. Disgusting company. Maybe I could have gotten more back if I kept fighting but it was truly a ridiculous process. Again I am not returning it because I didn't 'like' it or it didn't fit or I didn't like the colour. I made sure I did my part but they sent me this garbage. Advertise what you are selling or don't sell at all. I do NOT recommend this site one bit.
