Its absolutely beautiful. We could not have found a more perfect dress! Excellent quality. Very professionally designed and finished! The underskirt lining materials are also amazing! They did not cut corners. We also order our under the custom size since my daughter is very slight and petite! Everyone LOVED it!
Their website clearly has 14 day return policy and all i was offered was 70 % off next purchase. What a sham. People come in different shapes and sizes and on occasion like this a product may need to be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size. If i cant get my order exchanged will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau.
My dress arrived the wrong colour, very poorly tailored and too short! The fabric was not the same as in the advertisement. I believe they make cheap rip-off copies of other designers' dresses. When I expressed my unhappiness, they refused to accept a return or offer a refund. Stay far away from this company!
This website has great dresses and prices, however, their terms of service and way of doing special orders is HORRIBLE! The website does not let you choose your choice of color per trim and fabric and an email is suppose ti follow the purchase. Not sure what measurement system they follow but the dress was wrong in so many ways, they did not want to refund my money and they want me to pay shipping which is more than what the dress cost! I mean... what?. Seriously... don't waste your cash here. Not worth it. Also, the fabric is not as it looks online. Its pretty forever 21 cheap.

If only I had found this site prior to ordering I never would have done business with this company. Dress arrived- wrong color. Dress was to be a dark green- the one that arrived was teal. Provided photos yet they insist the colors are the same. They are not. The dress is also a poor fit despite having sent measurements to their specifications. They refuse to remedy the situation so we are are stuck with a dress (not inexpensive by the way) that we cannot use and have to come up with some other dress in the next two weeks.
I was hesitant to order from an overseas company but had decent luck with one last year so thought I would give it a try at my daughter's Urging since she found something she loved. Huge mistake. Never again. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different company.
First of all, don't even think for a second you will be able to return a dress, no matter what the site says. Quality is ok at best, the advice I would give is never stop moving and no one will notice any flaws. Of which there are many. If you try to return, be prepared to be offered only a percentage back and you'll be advised to leave $30 on top of the dress so it can "pass through customs". Worst idea ever. Shop local and save the headache.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. The dresses were poor quality and one dress was obviously not even the same one (they sent me a halter top not spaghetti straps) that I ordered. This company does not have an easy return policy as stated on their website. They have hassled me every step of the way. They started by telling me there were no returns on my items (even though they were not custom made). They are now offering me 15% of my return to try and sell them to someone locally myself! Don't waste your time or money on this garbage. I believe their reviews online are fabricated.

Refusal to let me return and exchange or refund! Saying based on my measurements, the dress should fit well! It does not! It zips just past my waist but no further and the breast pads are WAY too high!
Hebeos is a straight scam. First and foremost, they are operating and shipping out of China, which was the first red flag I ignored. I bought a dress but did not like the color and when I tried to return it, they asked me "to see it from their point of view and begged for understanding." No legitimate company would ever operate like this! They will try to offer you 5%-6% off what u spent which is nothing! I should have followed my mind and not have bought anything from their site. They will not be in business for long with this mindset.
The color wasn't the same as shown and the fabric is poor quality fabric. I tried to return but the customer service refused. I am very disappointed.
This is a scam company with no intention of issuing refunds or returns despite the site boasting 'worry free returns' and 'easy returns'. Horrible customer service, would absolutely never ever recommend them to anyone. Dresses come from China and are of poor quality. Pictures don't reflect the actual quality of product.
The only single thing that made us choose this store over others was their deceiving/misleading "friendly" return policy which mentions you could return any dress, except custom-made, 14 after receiving it. In their return policy, they mention you can return purchased items that are not made custom fit. We didn't purchase a custom-fit dress, just select a size. Turns out this store considers ALL dresses to be custom-made which is not true and was never explained.
They won't actually return the item and they nickel and dime you to exchange. The dress sleeves are super baggy. I order dresses offline regularly. This is my first experience with hebeos and it was less than satisfactory.
Unfortunately I believed all of the "good reviews". The dress I ordered is poorly made and extremely way too large. The sizing chart is no where close. When I reached out, I was told I would not be able to return the dress. After going back and forth, the best they can do is a "20% refund." If I could give zero stars I would. I hope no one else finds them self wasting money on this site
If I can give a negative star I would. Stay away from this site. Return is horrible. It costs more to return than the dress and of course they won't pay. And the dresses are bad. I got ivory and they sent stark white, whites than my bleached sheet) so now not only it's not what I ordered but I can't even get my money back. Dresses are trash! Do not order here!

Don't expect to get anything but a cheap looking dress in the wrong color and horrible customer service. They will not own up to or even make it easy to fix a mistake they made. They finally offered to make it right by refund the dress 100% if I would pay shipping then retracted the offer completely with the individual responding to my email saying they are new to the company. I have been getting the run around for weeks!

I can't believe I have a $150 plus $28 shipping, a dress I can't even use because it doesn't look like the dress online that I ordered. It fits size wise but the bra area is all jacked up and the lace around the top is ratty looking. They rave about their customer service and refund policy but it's a scam and false advertising in my book, don't by from them. They offered me a 10% refund, what a joke! I see other people leaving good reviews but for me it hasn't been a pleasant experience. I'm going to make sure that anyone else I know getting married or needing a bridesmaid dress takes their business elsewhere.

Absolute con! They sent the wrong colour dress after months of waiting rubbish material etc, arrived all screwed up, there customer service are very childish & rude I eventually got my refund, they have taken it again even eventually admitting they were at fault, we were under the impression it was America we were dealing with no it was China! Still fighting to get my money back! Arrived in a ball all screwed up absolute con should not be allowed to be in business!

I am highly disappointed in this dress! It does not look like the picture and is very unflattering as well as cheap looking!
