I was in search of the color red coral for my bridesmaids dresses. Hebeos is the only place that has any fabric remotely close to this color.

The most dishonest company. If you are unhappy with a dress you can forget them following their return policy. I regret ever coming across their website. Buyers should be warned that they do not follow through as advertised. Buyer beware!

SCAM! Worst thing I've ever seen. May have been sewn by someone that has lost both their eyes. Do not give them your money or entrust them with anything important. Not only did the dress I received look like a toddler could've done better, but I have tried to get my money back and no one will help.

Dress is awesome I love it! So much prettier than picture. It's a must buy! Don't be afraid of buying from hebeos they were very fast in shipping and response time was fast! Note thick curvy girls go one size up or custom size to properly fit your shape.

I am very happy with this sight. Their dresses are gorgeous for the price. My daughter's dress fit her perfectly. May be a bit long but nothing a pair of heels won't solve. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I absolutely love it! I was scared to order from this site because everybody told me it's sketchy but it was totally worth the wait. Took 3 weeks and came one day before arrival date. Ordered a size 2, fits my body like a glove.

This place is a scam. I put custom measurements in for two dresses. One came too short and one came super long. They refuse to do a return. Go back and forth via email every couple of days. They have no customer service phone number. AWFUL! I thought this was a US site. No definitely based out of China. You are getting wish products but paying a lot more. I'll be disputing it with my credit card company. SCAM! BEWARE!

Customer service was excellent in providing feedback to my concern. The dress is beautiful.

Ordered a dress in mid-March, site says 10-14 days to make standard (no special sizing) dress. Dress is still being tailored. Sent 3 emails asking for status update/questioning delays - NO RESPONSE!

Prom is now less than 4 weeks away - after reading all the negative reviews, I should not have ordered from this site!

I'm worried that the dress won't arrive on time and will be less that expected but it will cost too much to return. What a waste of money!

I ordered a dress 1 size up for my daughter and it arrived 2 sizes smaller. The finish and colour is nothing like the picture shown. Beads already started to fall. Edges of net not rolled for a neat finish. 2 different dresses advertised in different prices. Beware while ordering.
Got full refund through PayPal. This company kept negotiating with price every day. Merely waste of time and money

I ordered two wedding dresses (ceremony and reception) to be rushed to me. The material is good quality but the make is HORRIBLE. The bra inserts are these little round white circles that don't even cover the entirety of the bodice so you have this white circles showing up on your boobs. And hebeos will NOT honor their commitment to a full refund of the dress looks like crap. I event sent pictures as proof of how badly made they both are. Their response? Take it to a local tailor and pay to have it fixed and they'll give me 10%. Seriously? This site is a total scam. But what else would you expect from China….

Do not buy from this site! No customer phone line, this should be warning to customers. My personal experience, they sent out a similar but not identical bridesmaid dress. I emailed after the 14 day and they refuse to remedy the situation. Honestly my dress feels and looks like it was made by untrained factory workers (probably children or prisoners) not trained professionals. So you're going to get what you get and thats it. Very sad for an important day.

After ordering what looked like a BEAUTIFUL dress for my wedding, it arrived in the post all scrunched up in a tiny bag. But wait it get worse. As I put this dress on, it's covered in these cheaply glued on white beads that were not in the description and were all falling off onto the floor, to then find the dress doesn't even fit.
Emailed customer service and have been through the absolute run around with their childish team. The website clearly states a full refund for damaged items which they are refusing, they are only offering 30% after I declined their 15% refund and still waiting for a full refund as stated on their own website.
Absolute $#*! service, $#*!ty cheaply made dresses. Do not recommend

This company is a nightmare! I ordered a wedding dress and it didn't look like the picture. They keep offering proposals instead of letting me send the item back for a full refund. I've even agreed to 50% back and they still haven't refunded my money I have been emailing them for days every week for about 3 weeks and this matter is still not resolved. The dress fits Terrible! Squeezing you in all the wrong places and very loose where it should be tighter. They are awful! Do not order here!
They are ignoring the emails now. Completely unprofessional! Scammers!

I am a size 12. I looked at their chart did the measurements and ordered a size 16 to give myself a little extra since I was ordering. Figured I could have taken in locally if needed. It is awful. Measurements are so off. And of course will charge 15% restock fee plus shipping. I'm stuck with a 140$ dress. Will never order again from this site.

I would give a zero if I could. The dress is a total knock off, don't waste your money. The beading isn't even the same as the photo. I'm very disappointed. It's very minimal and cheap looking. I'm trying to return the dress with customer service right now. Be prepared to jump through hoops. (I can't get the dress over my head. See photo below)
Take a look at any of the good reviews on this website and you will see that they are fake! This company is garbage, do NOT buy from them!

They are not honest and upfront about their return policy. I purchased 3 options for a wedding dress due to the fact that their website states they allow returns. Come to find out $600 dollars later that they only accept the return of it doesn't fit. The quality of the dresses were low in my opinion. Won't ever buy from this company again. Lesson learned.
