My mom ordered a dress from this site for my little sister's birthday party. As you can see from the pictures, what they sent us does not match the style they have on their site. The dress was very poor quality! The dress was not true to size and they blamed us for ordering the "wrong size." We spent over $200 on the dress and in order to return it, they wanted to charge us $124 plus restocking fees, meaning we would have only gotten about $20 in refund. If you order from them, prepare not to be refunded because they will not take responsibility for anything.

I love the dress! My only criticism is there was no communication from Heboes - that they got my order, tailoring in progress, no info at all until it was on its way.
I actually emailed them to get the status. I did get my dress within three weeks, and it's a beautiful dress, and that's what matters! Happy wedding everyone!

I easily ordered the dress and enjoyed the option to pay through PayPal. The dress arrived quickly in an inconspicuous plastic bag but was vacuum sealed. Once out of the package it opened up nicely and we were surprised with 7 layers of material in the skirt. The quality was on par with many of the dresses I had tried on in stores for 5x the price. I would suggest ordering a dress bag for after its arrival and taking it out of the vacuum sealed one.
I would have preferred more pictures of the dresses when choosing as it was hard to narrow it down but it looked very similar to the picture.

Great communication and delivery. The dress came as described with the change's requested. It needed some alterations to get the perfect fit but my daughter loved it.
Dress material was cheap looking and the flowers on it did not look like the picture at all. The dress did not fit well and did not look at all like the picture advertised.

I would like to be able to see dresses in all colors online.
I was worried at first, but I had a great experience with Hebeos. Perfect custom fit dress, decent shipping time, and item arrived in perfect condition.
Hebeos we're fine to deal with, but the product I received, made to my measurements, was disappointing on arrival. It didn't fit well at all. The fabric, though comfortable, felt cheap. The alterations required to fix it were going to be more than the dress cost. I opted not to use it and found a better quality dress elsewhere for only $100 more.
Although the site claims that "Due to lighting, display and other factors, the color of the picture and the actual color of the product may have slight differences." It's visually obvious that model examples are made to look better than what is actually received. When I asked the LIVECHAT agent about the dress color PRIOR to purchase even she said the dress was "BLUSH", NOT WHITE like I received. It's VERY clear on the model the dress was made to look blush and there were no SILLY breast pads inserted on the dress. I customized my dress because I thought the top portion of the dress would look exactly like depicted and now I can't return it. It clearly was photoshopped out, or no breast padding was inserted at all on the model. A wedding day is a persons most important day and it saddens me that a company would choose that event to deliver products that are falsely advertised, just have you even more stressed out.
