Took a chance ordering from company like this, dress was inexpensive but can't wear so wasted money.
I found a great dress in the Lilac color needed, at a good price for our upcoming wedding.
Recently, I purchased a dress from Hebeos to wear on February 4th, 2023 to walk my daughter down the aisle. When the dress arrived, it was very beautiful, but upon trying it on, it was tightly fitted and would not zip in my upper back region. Politely, I requested to exchange the dress for a bigger size. First, I was asked to send pictures of me in the dress, and later, asked to take measurements. To my surprise, the final response received was very rude and stated that it was my fault so there will be no returning/exchanging of the dress. I was rudely advised by them to find a local seamstress to fix the issue. As of spendings $200 plus dollars with Hebeos, I am now stuck with a dress that I can't do anything with. To consumers, please practice precautions when ordering from this website because there is no exchange policy when receiving products from this website.

I ordered two different dresses from two different companies in a size 10, the one from Hebeos did not fit, the other fit perfectly. I understand style could make a difference, but not to the extent that I couldn't even zip up the dress. Makes zero sense.

Thank you for my dress. I purposely ordered a size bigger to make alterations easier which i will be making. The main alteration being the length of the dress. Im in alteration process at the moment so will post up the final dress at a later date.

I searched up Hebeos before I bought I dress I found the website I was interested in. I found very mixed reviews in my researched. But it was Black Friday and the dress I wanted had a killer deal. I ordered it and took a couple weeks to get here, which is okay. But the dress I purchased wasn't as I expected. The color wasn't at all like in the photo and the dress smelled awful.
This company is a complete rip off. Their dresses are poorly made. They use cheap fabric. My first issue was attempting to conceal the order before it shipped. I emailed customer service to cancel the order. They replied that the order had already been sent out. Once I recieved the order I reached back out to the company to request a return. They basically forced me to keep the unflattering item and plainly told me they were not going to refund my money. I'm really upset and wish I could warn everyone around the world about the scamming company. They are disgusting and I feel robbed

Got exactly what I ordered, fit perfect. Would recommend.
Unable to track order but tech support were quick to respond and rectify any issue and I did receive my order after a delay hiccup.
Happy with the product though and thankful it all worked out.
