I purchased two dress.
One the model didn't suit one.
The other was custom size and I did the measurements based on the photos on their site and the dress was tight and didn't return non of them.
The shipping was expensive more than $30
I spent more than $300 and can not use

Very easy process and dress arrived sooner than expected

I'm ambivalent about this purchase. The quality is so-so. Too lazy to return, I may wear it but not to the event I'd hoped since it's not as pretty as it looked.

Communication with the customer service team was extremely easy as they always responded 24 hours after messaging them.

The dresses I ordered arrived way quicker than the estimated shipping time. Came clean and packaged neatly, not smelly or with any issues. The dress didn't fit me personally to my expectations but it isn't bad quality and I'm sure it'll look perfect on someone else.

It's a little big so I'll have to get it tailored which will still be a pain in the butt but I ordered early enough that it's not an issue it's beautiful and everything that the picture described but there wasn't an exact size for me. The size is rather one size too small or one size too big on the form

This company does so well with getting the dresses together and making sure they are delivered timely.

Beautiful dress. My daughter lived the dress and looked stunning wearing it.

Great options to choose from at an affordable price. However not all dresses come exactly like the picture.

The wedding dress was a gift for my niece in Africa who is getting married this December. I was not sure whether I would receive it on time or if it would turn out like the picture online at all. My name is Elsie please don't purchase from this company. I purchase 2 dress for my wedding and they did not fit. CompNy is giving me a hard time to refun my money and even the dress don't looks as pictures.
Bad company.
They want one way or another for me to stay with a dress that does not fit at all.

My wedding is in 2 months I need then to refund my money!
