This was the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. The dresses were poor quality and one dress was obviously not even the same one (they sent me a halter top not spaghetti straps) that I ordered. This company does not have an easy return policy as stated on their website. They have hassled me every step of the way. They started by telling me there were no returns on my items (even though they were not custom made). They are now offering me 15% of my return to try and sell them to someone locally myself! Don't waste your time or money on this garbage. I believe their reviews online are fabricated.
Sizing not correct for US sizes. Dress did not fit.
The dress was definitely of good quality, you could tell by the weight; the dress had many layers that made it look puffy without a petticoat. I loved the details on the front, made it look even more princess-like. I ordered mine custom size and the size was exactly as I ordered. I asked for them to add 2-inch straps to the dress, and they did; the straps were a bit too long for me, but I fixed them without a problem. I would recommend that you order at least a month ahead of when you need the dress. I ordered mine March 21 (2022), the website said I would receive it during the 1st or 2nd week of April, but it came in around April 18 (2022) (mid-3rd week). I was a bit skeptical about buying a dress online, so I ordered it a month ahead of time in case anything happened and I was super satisfied with the dress. I will definitely order from Hebeos again.
Sleeves are too long and big around wrist. Dress can't be worn without alterations of sleeves
Return policy is rubbish. They make you jump through hoops to return an item, asking for proof by pictures that the item does not fit you.

This company does not accept returns. AT ALL. Even if the product is unworn, has tags, ect. I asked for a return form within the first 24 hours of delivery, because the dress was hideous in person and did not fit properly. They declined me of a product return form, told me to go to a seamstress to get it fitted properly instead. I told them I did not like the dress, even if it fit perfectly and asked for a product return form. They still denied me of it, told me I could keep the dress and they would give me 50% refund. I simply do not understand why I can not return the dress and get the full refund. There is no answer to the why behind that. I would never order from this company again, or recommend to anyone I know. You should be able to return an item, unworn, with tags on, reached out within the first 24 hours of receiving the dress, if you do not like the item you ordered. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Super easy and convenient to order. Measurements are spot on.
Ordering was simple. Just measured my daughter, directions are on the website. Placed the order and received the gown in 3 weeks. I had it custom made and it fit perfectly, and looks gorgeous!
