I love how fast it came and it was made it a good amount of time

I ordered my dress using the Custom Size option. I followed the instructions on the site on how to measure myself. I placed my order. It was very self explanatory and easy to do. The dress is beautiful and fits amazing.

The sleeves were ridiculously small, my daughter half the size of me couldn't through them either. I'm definitely sending it back

The dress color was completely different then the photo. It looked bright orange and not choral as described on the website.

The dress I ordered didn't look anything like the advertised picture. The dress was suppose to a full sequins dress that faded out at the bottom but what I received was a dress with a few clear plastic sequins horribly sewed on and they fall of leaving random strings all over the dress every time you touch it. I had the dress custom sized and the sizes were way off. I reached out to the company only to be ignored for 5 days then I received a email saying I didn't respond in the time frame to receive a refund even I emailed twice a day for 5 days. They ruined my daughters first prom experience because I now cannot afford to buy her a dress because they will not refund me and she said she wouldn't be caught dead in this dress. Over all a nightmare experience.

We purchased this dress to fit my daughter who is 5'4" and 113 pounds. When the dress arrived it is far too big according to the measurements we submitted. We are very disappointed with our purchase. The quality of the dress is fine but this website claims to provide custom dresses. This dress is not a custom product and we are extremely dissatisfied with our purchase.

This company has obviously paid for fake positive reviews. They do not accept returns and offer a full refund under any circumstance.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The website was so clear in regards to sizing. The quality was better than expected. The color was gorgeous. The dress was better than in the pictures. Shipping was faster than expected.

Be wary as the pictures are not always the most accurate!

The website claims to have easy returns if you order a standard size. However this is false. I would advise never ordering with this company.

We ordered custom size and it is way too big in the stomach and bust area. I ordered my older daughter a prom dress last year and it was beautiful and almost perfect. Very dissatisfied with this one and now we have to find someone to do alterations which is what I was trying to avoid. I measured precisely by directions given.

Excellent experience with shopping at Hebeos. I was skeptical at first but took a chance. The dress is gorgeous and looks better in person.

Customer Service responds quickly. I ordered my dress 01/19 and received it 02/08.

Their return policy is false. I contacted the company to administer a return. They will not support it because they are saying I ordered the wrong size.

Ordering was extremely easy, but the product that came was not the product that was shown.
